Breakfast and dinner buffet. Plenty of variety. It was very well organised.

There was a mild sewage smell at the entrance by the main road. It's possible the hotel are using dirty waters to water the plants.

The corridor which leads to the rooms looks very vintage and needs some renovation. It destroys all the hotel look and impression when you are coming to the apartment.

The facilities, the spa and gym are great and a benefit. The location is good and the meals catered for everyone.

The hotel does not allow visitors from outside the hotel, and are strict about this. If you’re a group with friends in other hotels I’d recommend staying elsewhere

quality of the food was less than desirable. stayed here before and the quality has definitely gone down. room location above kitchens was incredibly noisy and air con sucked in smell of cooking into room so clothes all smelt of garlic. also a lot of banging and maintenance work started at around 8am on most mornings in the room directly above us. I complained to reception and nothing happened.

From food to spa, hotel and staff everyone was great! Great choice of food and drinks!

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on.

the nudist area

very tropical ish environment giving guests the sense of a proper summer holiday. the facilities were amazing, you have everything you need on site, and the spa was the perfect way to end a day in the sun.

the bar staff in the Palmera bar (the bigger outdoors bar) were not friendly/welcoming. stayed on the top floor. elevators were very slow getting there.

The facilities were really good. There is lots to do on-site (mini golf, kids play park, arcade room) Evening entertainment is hit and miss depending on what age group you are travelling with and what everyone likes but generally we enjoyed most of the shows. Plus there is the choice of sitting inside or outside to watch as there are 2 different shows each evening, depending what takes your fancy. Room was spacious however the beds are right next to the front door. We didn't find this a problem (perhaps very lucky with quiet neighbours!) but I would say this may not be a great option for large families. We travelled as 2 adults (friends) and a child and unfortunately the 3rd bed was the sofa which isn't great when you have paid for 3 beds. I think the maximum any room has is 2 single beds, any extra person will be on the sofa- just something to bear in mind! The hotel itself is huge so plenty of space when there are lots of guests. Food options are good with plenty of choice. Breakfast is the same every morning but there is so much on offer it doesn't leave you limited of options. Choice of 3 different pools and lots of sun loungers (agree with other reviews that you need to get down early to secure a sunlounger) and there are umbrellas provided. There are lots of activities throughout the day from the animation team (water gym, water polo, archery etc) so plenty to keep kids entertained! All rooms have a balcony view which is lovely for watching the sun set. It is a very large hotel that caters for a high number of people so yes it can be busy (particularly in the holidays) and the restaurant is a little chaotic but overall it's the first holiday I have come home and felt like I had a actually had a break! My son, who is 6, thoroughly enjoyed himself and we have come back with some lovely memories (and tans!!)

Perhaps room size could be designed better as someone sleeping on a sofa for a week isn't ideal. More information provided on check-in- was handed a leaflet with hotel rules of what not to do but no useful information such as attractions in the area, transport links, hotel facilities (took us a while to find the spa), useful contact information etc.

Really nice property and exeptionally tasty food! We had the feeling the hotel hired the best cooks from Gran Canaria to only serve their restaurant :-D Staff was super friendly!

In general a little old property but kept very clean and comfy.

Colder water in the outdoor pool. Hotel with a large concentration of smokers,very often smoke in the room, which got there apparently from ventilation in the bathroom, outdoor tables in the dining room reserved for smokers, smoke on the balcony. If you have breathing problems, this hotel is not suitable for you.
