It was the most beautiful and relaxing trip ever! The food was very very good! The service was top notch! Tevin was the best!! The best beach around!! The resort had everything and then some you need!Everyone was so friendly!! Thank you for having us!!

Carlisle Bay is one of our favorite stops in Antigua. It’s not quite a 5 star property but is very comfortable. Pros: 1.very nice beach and enough chairs and if you get there before 10 am, you can find shade 2. Rooms large and comfortable 3. All inclusive food - I would rate a B 4. Piano player in main lobby is a delight. 5. Steel band at cook out a good touch for vacation Cons: 1.Beach servers come by only once in the morning and sometimes once in the afternoon. You have to try to find them other times. 2. Beach towel shortage at main beach. When you ask the beach server for a towel he says, maybe there are some at the next section by the main dining room. I was floored - isn’t that his job to make sure everyone has enough towels? 3.pedicure was certainly not 5 star. I sat in a regular chair with a stained orange bowl on the floor with water in it. She added a purple pill to the water which she said was antiseptic. She sat across from me and I had to lift my legs to rest on her lap. Very uncomfortable. I did not see any evidence of sterilzed equipment. She use thick wooden toothpick and some clippers. There were exactly 6 bottles of nail polish and 5 of them were beige. The only other color was Barbie pink. It was the worst $75 I had spent on vacation! 4. Checkout is always an ordeal. The bill is never right. I’m still not ok for an extra charge for their increase in tax rate from 15% to 17%. I booked and paid 15% back in Aug now I owe 2% more? 5. 10% serv chg

Absolutely stunning for a relaxation holiday - it’s truly Caribbean authentic on the most gorgeous beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms have great character.

Loved the beach! The views from our beach sanctuary house were beyond stunning. Views from the main building were beyond stunning! The service staff were absolutely the best! Tevon, Tiffany, Deon, Meralynn, Francine, Odeal, Sheldon and the grill guy whos name started with a G I believe... these staff members made our staff even more wonderful with their none stop work towards making it perfect for our Honeymoon. Its literally a great place to un-plug and relax. Beach is great to take some walks, although its a shorter beach. Food is rather delicious, if you would rather hit some surrounding restaurants there are a few within walking distance. We did not try them ourselves, but others we went on excursions with did and raved about them. Brenda the transportation lady is great too! Very friendly and able to help make suggestions. MADE the trip to Shirley Heights great with a quick stop to the scenic side for some pictures. Beach dinner was one of the highlights, couples massage was great, although I had an allergic reaction to the oils, I have sensitive skin though. The massage was very relaxing for us. The room was very nice and for the amount of time we spent in the room all that we needed. Showers are great at night! Stars!! The cons we had, housekeeping did not perform to the level of the remainder of the resort. We had a room change due to this issue, which the resort very graciously assisted with taking care of us. Our new room AC did not maintain and we got hot easily.

We had the most incredible honeymoon at Keyonna Beach Resort! Everything about the resort was top tier, from the calm, secluded, quiet vibes, to the pristine beach and vibrant blue water, to the beachfront cottages, and of course, the exceptional service! Everyone there made sure to create a personalized, custom experience, and we were left wanting for nothing. Our private beach front dinner was exceptional, and the overall food and presentation was fantastic. The resort is small enough to allow for the staff to get to know the guests and be extremely attentive. Definitely a go to for couples looking for a quiet, private escape. There are lots of excursion options as well, so if that interests you, be sure to bring ample cash for taxis, as there are some outings you may not want to miss! The front desk handled all bookings and made it so easy. We are so grateful to have been able to experience our honeymoon at Keyonna!
