Wszystko by było idealnie gdyby nie to ze na śniadaniu w pewnym momencie z czterech ciepłych dań (parówki, jajecznica, bekon, naleśniki) dostępne było tylko jedno a panie które zamiast sprawdzać czy czegoś nie brakuje stały i patrzyły się nie wiem na co. Poza tym wszystko ok. PS. Jeszcze parkowanie 30zł dla gości hotelowych to trochę za dużo

Excellent service (the staff had this no-problem attitude - super positive) and fantastic free breakfast. No negatives. Rooms were not over the top but very clean, cozy and comfortable.

Beautifull hotel very close to city centre and Mountains. Staff is proffessional and very helpfull always try best to make You feel like You are most important as customer. Hotel’s SPA is the place worth of recommending for man and woman. Well quolified and proffessional staff will take a good care of You while You can relax. They also use the best quality cosmetics. I was very sad to leave this fantastic place !

Beautiful reception area and clean rooms, but the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable. I absolutely loved the heated floor in the bathroom, but the shower was weak and you had to squeeze against the shower wall to take your shower. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Room a little bit "old" in compare to hall but everything very clean and tasty

Heading to Krakow for a wedding my partner and I decided to head to the mountains and get a hike in the day before. I chose the hotel as the photos made it look like it was in the middle of nowhere, its not. However, we had a room at the back of the hotel and all we could hear was the stream at the back which was lovely. Walking from the hotel you can quite easily get to the main street with all the restaurants and also to the mountains. We walked from the hotel up Kasprowy Wierch (20km round walk with a 1000m elevation from the hotel) which has the most amazing views. Suggest starting earlier than we did as it gets busy

Beautiful hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. Spa was great.We were however disappointed with Wi-Fi in room 202. It did not work well. We would have liked to watch movies via internet, but could not due to wifi problems.Breakfast was superb, one of our daily highlights. Thanks for a memorable stay after all.

The best hotel I have been!

Very, very good stay. Really good sized, clean bathroom and room - we had one at the back of the hotel, so were not bothered by any traffic noise. We had the noise of the fast flowing stream / brook instead but it really didn't bother us. Fantastic breakfasts and friendly, helpful staff. In a great spot to start several walks straight from the hotel. About a mile and a half from the main busy street, which we did every day for our evening meal. You don't have to do that as there is a restaurant, but we like the change of scenery. Didn't find the distance to town a problem as we were on a walking holiday - so it was nice to walk off some of those huge meals and away from the noise of that main street!

This really was a top-notch hotel. Clean, beautiful location and great steam room, sauna, and indoor pool and jacuzzi. Not terribly close to the main street (restaurants and shopping) but an easy enough walk.

We were very happy with this hotel and the staff. We used the spa, restaurant, bar, and common areas, all were wonderful. When the staff heard we had to leave before breakfast in the morning, they packed us a to go bag for the journey that was over the top good.

Both my husband an I thought that the hotel's staff was absolutely brilliant. We enjoyed SPA services (swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi). The price of the room includes breakfast which was reach and very tasty. We would highly recommend the hotel :)

I enjoyed it and would be happy to return. It was clean comfortable and the staff were very helpful. MEals were delicious and portions were generous. It is a short taxi ride to the town and railway station and walking distance to the town and other attractions are manageable and enjoyable. I would definitely return
