The only complaints we had was there was no lighting on
the balcony,or kettle and tea making facilities in the room
or a disabled toilet on the ground floor.Apart from that
everything and the staff were excellent.

Tiny shower with a shower curtain that would always (try to) cling to you, tiny desk and a single bed that was surrounded to the waist by walls from three sides, so it could not even have a nightstand...was fine otherwise.

The staff was very friendly, but not very informative. You had to figure out your own excursions and travel modes. In addition, the attempt at a double bed was to put 2 single beds that were on casters together. So the beds slid apart during the night. The tiniest bathroom we have ever had in Europe. But a great location to walk to the centre of the city and easy access to lots of great restaurants.

Very quick checkin and check out. Room was clean and have a balcony. The best thing for this Hotel is just in the center and very close to all touristic areas as well as nice local restaurants. Breakfast has many international and traditional fresh food. Definitely recommended

We really love Olympia and all the wonderful people working there.This was our second visit to the hotel, and we wanted to stay there. But.. parking in the area is difficult. The hotel recommended a parking facility 500 meters away, and we did use it, but we wasted valuable time with parking procedures. Another issue is: the pillows are hard and uncomfortable , and I had to sleep with a towel as pillow. That wasn’t good either😉Otherwise everything was very good, especially the breakfast, which was delicious. We will come back.

The staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel room was very nice. I'd asked for twin beds but received a double, though it does state that requests can not be guaranteed. There was no kettle in the room, due to health & safety, though I'm sure there were pics of coffee makers in some of the more exclusive rooms. The breakfast was varied and tasty, the hotel is clean and it isn't too far to the city centre or transport links. I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast buffet was great. Room extremely small. Advertising "limited FREE parking" deceptive - ONLY 5 spaces! Poor directions and staff unhelpful to find alternative parking. Didn't plan on cost of 12E per day!

The staff were very attentive and kind. Our room was great; even had a large, jetted tub. The only thing I would recommend is that they put a curtain around the inside perimeter of the tub so that one can take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. I had to get on my knees to take a shower so that I wouldn't get water everywhere.

The hotel feels new and modern. The check in and welcome was great. They were helpful to find me parking on the street outside the hotel. If you know Greece, then you know parking is impossible to find and difficult to navigate. The breakfast was great. The only downside was the bathroom. Very tiny and using the shower got water everywhere. Cruise ship bathrooms are better. But a nice hotel otherwise. Plenty of restaurants in the area and good location to walk to attractions.

Nice hotel, especially attentive and friendly staff. We arrived in the evening, asked twin bed and our bed was quickly converted from a double bed into two beds. A nice functional room, although small, but has everything you need. Clean comfortable bed. Good breakfasts. The hotel carefully monitors the cleanliness and observance of anti,COVID. The only drawback is a very small toilet room with a short shower curtain.

Rooms were small. First room offered was tiny and overlooked an unsightly utility area—no view, no ventilation. Second room was slightly bigger. Shower was so small you were in constant contact with the shower curtain. The free parking was first-come, first-served on-street parking. Staff warned that if we left for any reason, we likely would not have a spot when we returned. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy walking distance to dining, shopping, and attractions. We would not choose this hotel again.

Very happy each time we stay at this hotel. The staff is great, very efficient, pleasant and happy to give you an upgrade. As we are staying with pets, that option is critical for us.

This hotel was smack in the center of the city. Harbor and port was walkable and is also close to historical sights. We were recommended by staff to eat at a local restaurant next to it and it was one of the best Greek food places we had on this trip. Was very satisfied with the accommodations. They also gave us a fruit basket with wine which was wonderful and also the breakfast was really good. Very good service.

There was no parking. It was on the street. The staff told me it was first come first serve. Then handed me a map to a parking garage 15 minutes away???? Why did I put down I needed parking if they didn’t have it??? I could have picked a different place.
Then I get hit up with a 4 page question are. Did I have HIV? Did I have AIDEs. Did I know anyone that did. Did I associate with anyone that did. REALLY????? REALLY???
The shower was terrible.
