The checkin process was worst ever. Partly due to several different bookings by family members with different last names and booking via several sources. They could not say what the problem was, lacked patience with us, schooled us on how to do it better for their convenience next time, and it took over 30 minutes to get us all checked in.

The staff at the hotel were slightly rude to everyone who inquired about early check in. They have a strict no early check in process. We were merely inquiring about storing our luggage and got our heads bit off. Once they realized we were only asking about that they were fine. The accommodations could use some updating. They also need complimentary coffee, tea etc in the lobby

The hotel is in a great location on the wharf with enough parking. Convenient to walk to diner and especially convenient parking to walk accross the street to the fjord tour. Facilities we adequate for the older hotel, clean but not nice for the money. You are paying for location. We were there three nights, the last night we didn't have any hot water. Ok, not ideal but we will shower in the morning. The next morning before a long all day drive still no hot water. The hotel admitted the boiler was out and though they knew it the night before they didn't call the facilities crew to fix it until after breakfast the next day, infuriating.

Walking distance to dining was huge

Very convenient location and beautiful view. We were riding the train from Anchorage to Seward. Our luggages were directly drop off to the hotel. Free shuttle service to and from the train station. The waitress at the hotel restaurant was very friendly and professional. We had two breakfasts and lunch there.

When we went to check in their computer system had been down for an hour and they only had one room for our party. We had two rooms confirmed. The front desk people were beside themselves as to what to do and one of the front desk people was in tears and really unwilling to try to correct the problem. The other front desk person was more helpful but still unwilling to commit to a time frame to correct the problem. Room and beds were very small. But it was in a great location

Clean, but very small cramped rooms with double beds, instead of queen beds.

The Breeze Inn is made up of a few different buildings. Some appear much newer than others. There is a restaurant in a different building that serves outstanding breakfast and has a bar that seemed very happening. My room was in the back of the main building and outside with the entrance being right in front of a parking lot. When I first saw it, It reminded me of old motels of the 80's. When I entered, the bedding looked like the 80's. I was disappointed at first because of the price I paid (about $250) but the room was very clean. There was no A/C but the windows opened to let in fresh air, but that also let in noise from the road and parking lot. The beds weren't very comfortable but I slept well. If they would upgrade the beds and bedding, I would definitely stay here again. Until then, I'll check out another place. I understand higher prices during the cruise season though. I have to believe the room I got was on the lowest end of their quality range. I did book it very close the the day of the cruise, so I understand nothing was left. Decent place. Breeze Inn is conveniently located to make walking through the town/harbor area convenient. We were in a motel style room. Beds were hard, just two flimsy pillows per room, and the rooms aren’t very big. That said, it was a relatively cheap place to rest our head, and when I get back to Seward, I would definitely consider staying there again.

Great spot that was central to everything in Seward. Great value for your money

The thing I appreciated most about this property was its convenient location right across from the Kenai Fjords tour office. They also had free parking, which was nice. The room itself was super basic. Carpet didn't seem all that clean, but the bedding and towels were clean. It was a bit overpriced for what you got, but it served its purpose for our visit.

Excellent location and good hotel. No microwave in room.

Very comfortable hotel. We had a large room with a jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed very much. The view of the lagoon across the street was beautiful, and we liked being directly across the street from Kenai Fjords Tours since we booked an early tour. Very walkable to the park/boardwalk across the street by the lagoon as well as to shopping and dining by the harbor. Would definitely stay again while in the area.

location location, location. this is right downtown soparking is right there. walk to where ever. but you hear traffic all night. place was clean but dated. good for one night stop

Decent for the price

When we checked in the staff didn't tell us anything about wifi, later i was in the room ready for bed and couldn't find a wifi password anywhere. I called the desk and was told I would have to walk outside to the lobby to get the password. The shower smelled like mildew. In the morning we needed to be at the dock for cruise by 0730. There was no hot water for shower, we called the desk and they said someone would be in at 0800 to assess the situation. No shower for us.

Very old building, no air conditioner, very old linen and bed. Staff unwilling to help someone who booked through expedia, said they prefer you go through their website directly. There was no air conditioners in the old section of the hotel. They only book customers who go through them directly in the new section that is well maintained. It was a terrible experience. I do not recommend that hotel.

Better than i was expecting for a motel. My room was clean. Didnt smell. Since check in wasnt until 3, we were able to put our bags in a room called luggage storage before and after our stay while we walked around. For the price, i would come back.
