We got an upgrade to junior suite. The spa is magnificent. The breakfast is delicious. 15 min walk from Altstadt. Super convenient and out of the touristy craziness. Staff are friendly and helpful :)

Very clean and tidy hotel with very friendly staff. Easy 15 minute walk to centre or short bus trip and ask for the free travel card at reception.

Far exceeded my expectations. Free drinks selection offered on first day in our room. Staff very hospitable and helpful, explained how everything worked.

Really classy, above average. Great customer service and attention. We had our every need taken care of. We were able to get free street parking after 8:00 p.m. Sat and all day Sunday, but they do have a garage on site for a small fee. Spa was wonderful. You have to schedule a time due to Corona, but then you have the spa to yourself. Great views from the top floor. Easy walk to the old town area and everything we wanted to see. Loved our stay.

Unique, comfortable and immaculate hotel with easy access to the town centre.The bus stop right outside takes you to the max plank institute and universities via the town centre and rail station using bus number 3.It has a nice fitness area.The bedroom is comfortable and has a Spanish theme, although some of the bathroom features such as the quirky shower head are not so practical .Wifi is fast and reliable.Meals in the restaurant are high quality with prices to match.I can recommend and will use again.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel until the day I left I absolutely had the most outstanding service, I think better than Ritz and Four Seasons. Specially, Angela and Madeline were superb, off course the hotel was fantastic also. Thank you all for making our stay very pleasant.

We were upgraded to a wonderful room with a separate living area. Great decoration, clean and comfortable. Plenty of free drinks in the fridge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we visited.

Stayed for a week to visit family. Fantastic hotel with wonderful attentive helpful staff. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the standard of housekeeping is excellent nothing is too much trouble. Would certainly recommend.

Stayed weekend 2nd-3rd July 2016 after touring Baden Wurtenburg and other areas in a hire car. Flight from Stuttgart back to Uk.

Not sure I would say this is a 5 star hotel. No iron or ironing board in the hotel. The only way to get something pressed it to send it out. Then it is a 4 Euro charge. When I checked out and asked she said the hotel says that is part of a service from a 5 star hotel. Well I disagree. I think it is a great option but we wanted to press something before going out and something for the morning. And then to be charged is not ok. But the staff was remarkable! Easy to walk to city center. Quiet and safe area.

great hotel only problem in rooms on the top floor is velux windows close automatically if it rains and then the room gets very hot

Great staff and service. The hotel was also in immaculate condition - very clean. Unfortunately I was there for one of the few hot days that Tubingen experiences from time to time and without air conditioning or fans the room was very hot and uncomfortable.

Great location near the old town of Tubingen, about a 10 min walk to all the sites. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are extremely clean.
