Booking was for 2 Adults & 2 teenage children & was meant to be a queen size bed and 2 twin beds .But it was 2 queen size beds which was unsuitable

An excellent property.

Overall it was a good stay. Great location and walking distance to shops and dining options. Room could do with a bit of upkeep. Light switch was faulty, tv in bedroom had terrible sound, shower was very pokey and light cover looked like it was going to fall off. No towels in room on arrival, this was promptly rectified with a call to the after-hours service.

Accomodation was great. Unit was clean and tidy however we booked and paid for this room for the king beds and we only had queen beds.

Close to shops, no fuss with checking in and out. Love the layout design of the two bedroom

Fantastic large apartment well laid out with great amenities.

The tv in the main bedroom didn’t work and there was old body wash on the tiles in the shower of the ensuite. Otherwise the property was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet and comfortable with easy access to our unit. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

I have stayed here many times over several years and the main reasons are the proximity to the Sunshine Plaza for shopping, groceries, cinema etc as well as the great pool. The apartments are always clean and reasonably stocked with kitchen items. There used to be a great view over the golf course but that has now gone and the land is being developed. No noise impact at the moment but there might be in the future. The one bedroom apartments don't have an oven but the two bedroom places do. Similarly, one bedrooms only have a shower over the bath but two bedrooms have a shower in the second bathroom. WiFi is good and the underground parking is easy although it can be a bit tight if you have a very large vehicle. Prices have risen in recent years but I am still drawn back. I do look at cheaper places each time but usually decide the benefits outweigh the cost.

The swimming pool is heated to make swimming very refreshing. The BBQ area around the pool is fantastic. The secure car park allocated a double length car park so it was perfect for our car and JetSki.

Had a problem checking in when front desk not attended. Phone to call for access to key drop not working. If not had found resident who knew manager's unit number we would have been stuffed. Unit ok - not a lot of tea and coffee. Very basic but clean and tidy. Unfortunately no overhead fans and hate shower over bath!

Needs a make over 3 star at best not impressed Over priced old style unit with construction 🚧 view

We didn't like the parking in visitors carpark. The spaces were to narrow.

Construction works in the area at the time of stay made it a little noisy.

Walked into apartment and wow!! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and almost bigger than our house at home. Very clean and tidy. Loved the layout, lots of balcony. Less than 5 minute walk to mall. Very reasonably priced too

Nice clean and roomy apartments in a reasonable location with the shopping plaza just across the road. It was a shame there was it overlooks a building site at the rear.

Main bedroom did not have king size bed as advertised. Beds were horrible. Furniture was filthy as were the aircon filters. Aircon wasnt working b4 we got there and took an extra 2 days to be fixed. No flyscreens or ceiling fans and heaps of mosquitoes so had to run aircon all time. Staff werent helpful.

A nice location only 200 meters away from Sunshine Plaza! And maximum 30 minuets drive to all area attractions!

Lovely hotel staff. Very friendly. Modern apartment with nice decor but dark and gloomy as no sun at all. Close to shops but no view from balcony. Nice pool area.

I would not stay here on a holiday as it just is not holiday accommodation. Good maybe for business trip or temp accom but otherwise find something else.

Only a two night weekend stay. Comfortable spacious room. Close to all amenities. Reception only open to 12 noon on Saturday, closed Sunday, reopens 0830 Monday. Unusual although it seems contact available, outside advertised hours, at a possible call out fee! Unusual. Key box available for later check ins. I was able to get room key pre 12noon but no room access due to housekeeping. Overall stay comfortable.
