Hotel was very clean, most of the staff were great. The only issue was one evening the lighting was out near the elevators. It was a serious safety issue, after bringing it up to the staff for the third time that evening they finally just shrugged and said it will be fixed. Up to that point they just kept saying thank you and did nothing about it.

Large room with a/c. Confortable beds. About five minutes walk to city center.
Friendly staff. Good internet reception and 50 inch tv.

Well situated, comfortable bed, good amenity level for the price. Just about the easiest jumping off point for navigating the city without a car, as the Historic Center is a short walk and many bus lines converge at the Zocalo station a block away. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our ordinary hotel stay here. Cons: the beds were hard as a rock, hotel restaurant was overpriced, no free coffee, no pool, breakfast not included, and the shower door did not close all the way. Pros: walking distance to park, shopping, and restaurants, staff was very hospitable, parking on-site.

I've stayed in a few hotels in Queretaro and enjoyed this stay. The staff are friendly and efficient, the room was secure, clean, modern, and everything worked. The bed was a little hard, but really I have no other complaints, major or minor. It's a little bit of a walk up to the main action in around Jardin Zena, but in my personal opinion the price and comfort are worth the trade off of a little bit more distance.

Marc Anthony was there, the stadium where he was going to sing was also next to the hotel. We walked there and back.

Very poor sensing recoil of electronic security cards used in rooms and elevetors (electronic security cards do NOT work when boarding the elevators and we are trapped in the elevator for five minutes to work the electric security cards).

It’s really near downtown Queretaro, just before all crowds gather and away from noise and loud music. In front of Alameda park, very convenient location and great view.

Check-in process was slow and inconvenient. Had to wait for a 15 mins to be attended and then another 15 mins to get a room ready when I had already checked in. Room keys did not work properly, access to elevators was by using a the room key which was also not working. Front desk was not helpful.

The room was very clean. However, the wifi didn't work - I had almost no signal. They moved me to another room (not as clean), where I received full wifi signal, however the internet still didn't load. They explained that it was because other guests were using it. This is unacceptable. You can't advertise free wifi if it doesn't allow all guests to use it. I had to hotspot and use my cellular data.
