Old hotel made to look new. Very noisy. No sleep. Don’t be fooled by the photos. Most expensive night of our 2 week Mighty 5 trip and doesn’t even include breakfast. Coffee in the lobby is free but tasteless. I left feeling very disappointed and tired and now I have to drive all day!

They have a reading and game room that was lovely. I borrowed a book off the shelf during my stay. I especially loved the “dark night sky” upper deck where it made viewing the stars really beautiful - it’s a small set up of couches and seating just to view the stars. We were out there after the bigger evening crowd (around 10) and it was so peaceful, and the stars were brighter than I’ve seen them in a long time. The bed was comfy and the room spacious. The front of the hotel looks plain, but when you get to see the backside it’s a “woah” moment. I loved to walk the property trails - so many mini trails and native plants, all lit by low to the ground dusk night lights made walking at night to view the stars so unique. A/C worked perfectly & so did the black out curtains. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere that you would want for the area. Would highly recommend.

Great little hotel. The spa is quite lovely. They have lots of unique personal touches, like Whiskey the horse, a yoga room, and firepits. The rooms are nice and clean, and look updated. The hotel is clean and cozy. At some point the need to update the carpe and the elevator needs a check up. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It's a nice location too. The only area I felt needed improvement were softer towels and softer toilet paper. We would definitely stay therw again.

We stayed one night. The hotel staff at check in were great. The room was average. Our biggest issue was the restaurant. Poor service, very long wait for food when we were the only table in the restaurant.

Small town so having a place to eat on property is always good for Breakfast and Dinner!

Everything was great. Workout room was only issue. Treadmills didn’t work properly.

The property was decently priced and close to the national park. The backdrop of our room was beautiful mountains. Only issue was the bathtub was so squeaky every time you moved while taking a shower.

Excellent! Great access to Capitol Reef National Park! Great on-site Rock Eatery restaurant, great amenities for family and pets, and beautiful rooms. The spa onsite was EXCELLENT!!!

The hotel is good. Staff is nice. The place was clean and safe. Loved the pool. It’s decorated with great taste, but things are falling apart in the common areas. The thing we didn’t like was the restaurant. Food was reheated and poorly at that. Over priced and almost inedible. Dessert was decent though.

We were on a road trip and weren’t going to make it to this stop because my motorcycle broke down and there was nothing I could do. We were stuck in another location while we tried to get it fixed. I asked if it was possible to at least get a partial refund since the situation was out of my hands. They were very unhelpful and said absolutely no refunds. Most places will at least try to help you out in situations like that.

We only stayed here for one night while passing through town onto our next destination. The staff seemed unknowable about area activities and generally seemed miserable and annoyed when speaking with us and other guests. The rooms were not very clean and the whole property smelled of manure from the adjacent farm.

The air conditioner was off when we arrived so the room was very hot.

It was clean, close to Capitol Reef and the restaurant was basic, but very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, Comfortable, & Convenient Location. Only complaint is the shower pan creaks with even slight movement.
