In need of renovation. 1 of 2 lifts was out of service for the whole duration. Low-budget breakfast. Noisy hotel.

First room AC did not work. Second room had two twin beds when one bed was requested. Water in the bathroom was luke warm at best.

The pool and terrace were closed, yet there is no information about this on the hotel website! The hotel is in a dilapidated condition, poor wifi signal in the room, no soundproofing, so very noisy in the room

The room was right by the lift and we could hear the lift pinging every time someone used it.

The room was very spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large and comfortable. Staff were helpful and attentive, and breakfast is very varied (really good value for the money). The hotel is in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires, so it's really easy to connect anywhere.
