Reception is so rude. So l dont recommend. Also they got deposit from my credit card so still waiting provision will drop.

J'ai réservé par mail avec confirmation de l'hotel le plateau petit déjeuner pour départ tôt. LA réception était pas au courant a l'arrivée a l'hotel,
Reçu les plateaux avec juste 2 petit pain et café lyophilisé.
Petit déjeuné payer au prix fort.

the property is in a nice, quiet location. the room was spacious, very clean and cosy. nice extra the kettler for a tea

The hotel was exactly as expected and was more than enough for my needs (a stop-over during a long drive).
Clean, big room, comfortable bed and big bathroom. Good breakfast in the morning and very fair price.
I did not like their policy of blocking a certain amount on my credit card. It has never happened to me before but I was told it is a common policy.

Mini Bar is not working on that day and Slight noice coming from air conditioning. AC is working but not so effective. I didn't see the necessity of Caution deposit of 150€.

Room was clean
I got the room 503, worst room of the hotel (for the same price). This room is directly connected (wall by wall) to the elevator, so you can hear the noise of the motor every time someone take the elevator. ( Impossible to sleep). Also the roof of the shower has a terrible angle so it is impossible to take a shower stand up without hiting the roof with your head. Also minibar was missing (although compared to rest that didn't matter).

Nice and clean hotel, free parking. About 15/20 minutes from centre of Strasbourg. We had two rooms which were a nice size and ample room, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Sink in one of the rooms was blocked so water wouldn't go down, staff tried to fix 3 times but no joy, apart from that had a nice stay.

Good position - near the bus station to Strasbourg. Very clean room, bathroom, sheets, towels. We enjoyed staying there.

We arrived late at night. There was no parking space left. Other than that I was pretty satisfied.

the only minor thing what was a challenge was to find a parking spot, since the parking place is relatively full and narrow
