Amazing staff, very walkable, close to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything you could imagine. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful property located on a beautiful street in Polignano (via Roma), terrific restaurants and shops right next door and down the street.

It was in the center of the city

Disappointed that the spa was not included in the price and the aircon was not working so we had to sleep in very very hot conditions. Location was excellent

it's a shame that it's not what it used to be. the rooms are not what you see in the photos of expedia or on their website. In the shower it took more than 20 minutes for hot water to come out. the reception staff have a very bad attitude, except for Domenico who was friendly. not worth what you pay for the place

Location was very good but needed to park outside of the downtown area.

The property was amazing! Can't wait to go back. We had to park our car at the train station about a 10 min walk. Not a big deal.

Excellent location close to everything. Service was excellent staff could not have been nicer.

Very nice stay also visiting the Spa. The room is nice and cozy though the shower wall/door was rather dated and didn't operate well and looked rather corroded. Overall though a nice stay and just what we wanted. The breakfast terrace is very nice(!) but give the girl a training in how to make a cappuccino, we're in Italy! :-)

Great hotel and attentive service. The town has a Warren of narrow streets so parks BG can be problematic although there is a car park and shuttle bus service c.2km from the hotel.

Amazing staff, free breakfast and wifi. Walking distance to the beach and city centre. A gem in an amazing town. Street parking is free don't pay the 20 euros - staff will park it on the street anyways.

We booked this small hotel in Polignano instead of Bari and paid a premium for it because we were charmed by the small capacity and unique character of the building and rooms, but to our great disappointment the on-site spa facilities were not complimentary as expected but only available at a price of 50€ per person for 1,5h usage. We were very put down by this as the spa was the winning factor for booking this particular hotel and it definitely tainted our stay, I did not feel like the information provided before booking the place indicated this to be the case. Besides this, the owner of the hotel was extremely friendly and helped to park our car in the small side streets. A nice small boutique hotel, but for us it not worth the premium fee without the spa.
