We always wanted to come to Gaeta . We were not disappointed . The hotel was amazing we got a suite and treated ourselves awesome views from our deck

Close to beach area and walking distance to restaurants shopping and site seeing. Hotel is spacious and breakfast option is good. Staff at the breakfast and check in are nice. Wish the hotel would have disclosed that there is a fee of 15 euros to access it daily. There is only one treadmill and limited equipments. For that cost compare to daily use in the States, not worth it. There’s no water towels and any other options amenities in the gym. Just a room. It should. Be complimentary as part of the hotel service fee you pay for.

Clean hotel next to the beach. Super helpful front desk, bravissimo! Great breakfast is included. Nice lap pool. Wish our room was a little larger. Limited hours for lunch and dinner, and only two menus in the whole restaurant are in English, lol.

The staff was absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful. Even allowed me to check in two hours early. The hotel is steps from the beach and all cool restaurants. Would definitely go back. Would be nice if they updated their workout facilities. Luckily there is a gym about a mile away that you can walk to.

My room was not ready at check in and for 90 minutes I was told “it is ready in 10 minutes, please come back in 10 minutes”, that was frustrating. The pool bar only opened after noon, which was strange. Cleanliness was ok. Most of the staff was really friendly and nice. Breakfast was good with a wide enough selection of food.

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice pool and very close to the beach! Only flaw, the dinner was $30 but portions were very small and we found out that we were responsible to pay for water! For that amount, you can eat better and more abundant anywhere else in town

I booked this room for my bosses daughter. Normally in North America you put a card on file & any remaining charges will just be billed to your card. There must have been a misunderstanding because there was still about $150 owing when she left the hotel. Instead of calling & just asking for payment they called me 7 times at 3am leaving me voicemails saying they were calling the police! Without ever even speaking with me. A truly bizarre experience.

The hotel is clean and up to date and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely go back.

Nice place with friendly staff. Easy walk to port and historic center. We only spent one night here, but I would return to Gaeta. Nice beach nearby and a cute local bar too. The hotel pool doesn’t open until 15 June and the bar/restaurant was not open, but I believe it is open with limited hours. Breakfast was ok, but the friendly staff made it better!

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are modern and clean. Beautiful views from the Ocean view rooms. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Work stay, nice room. Close to a beach location and the nice town nearby. Stay was during COVID so we were unable to fully enjoy the facilities. Nice breakfast.

Very welcoming! friendly and professional. Rome was very clean and fresh with beautiful new flooring and a very clean and recently remodeled bathroom had a beautiful view of the sea.

The Hotel is light and bright and very clean. The lobby area is well air conditioned and has lots of seating areas to relax in when you need a break from the sun. Our room was a bit plain and could have maybe benefitted from some art on the walls or some colour but it was still lovely and modern and extremely clean! The staff were all lovely, especially at breakfast and people went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating with regards to the time they came to clean your room and they always did a great job. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food and unlimited cappuccinos! The hotel facilities were good but could be improved with better poolside food being made available and also parking should be free for all hotel guests. The hotel isn’t cheap so then being asked to pay a daily rate for parking is a little extortionate in my opinion. The pool was great but we didn’t enjoy having to wear a swimming cap everyday. Location of the hotel is amazing as you are within walking distance of all parts of Gaeta and you are more or less on the beach too. I have been coming to Gaeta for about 32 years now and this is the first time I have stayed in this hotel. I can honestly say that I will likely be using the hotel again many times over the coming years.

Amazing hotel!

Difficult. Wanted to watch FA Cup in a local but reception acted stupid and made out she didn’t speak English even though she checked us in 2 hours earlier! Shower ran hot and cold dangerously so. Tried to charge us 12 euros for free parking. And beware whilst this isn’t the hotels fault a local restaurant had their Mafia style father run us to the bank after our meal as their credit card machine wasn’t working. He new before we ate that it was faulty and didn’t tell us! Heats however is truly beautiful.

Staff great and attentive. Good location snd within 10 minutes walking distance from the old town. Restsurant food including breakfast was great. New gym facilities limited but enough.

This hotel was very nice, spotless, and has an accommodating staff. It is across from the beach and a short walk to the "Split Mountain" which is a hidden gem of Italy. We had a room for 3 adults which was a good size with a king and twin bed. It even had a balcony overlooking the ocean and mountains and we didn't pay extra for the view. The included breakfast was adequate enough and the attached restaurant was very good for dinner. We would stay here again.
