This hotel is just off the perifique and on the bus route into the city. Only unfortunate thing was that the menu for dinner was very much the same for 2 nights

Good hotel for the price with car parking. A fast transit ride from downtown. Big bathroom, not so big double bed - might be the european standard. Restaurant on site but not other dining option unless you go downtown where there are plenty.

I was surprised considering the location how quiet my room was. Very comfortable bed. The staff was excellent. I did not eat at the hotel and due to the location, food was difficult to find.

Bathroom had bad smell of drains, which staff did try and remedy by pouring cleaner down, but this did not help. Obviously this is something they were already aware of.

Room was good. Food was terrible. Over cooked cold chicken breast. Over cooked disgusting vegetables. Staff did not seem to care. Breakfast was good.

The room was very comfortable and the only problem was a noise (quite loud) which seemed to be wind blowing through some sort of slatted panel outside above the window. It wasn't a particularly windy night and I would hate to think how noisy it would have been if it was.

They lock the front door at night and it took a good 5 minutes of ringing the doorbell and pounding on the door for them to Open it. This was around 11 pm

We booked this hotel as an overnight stop. The room was fine, clean, with a large bed and good shower room. Free parking and Air Conditioning. There is a bus stop across the road from the hotel, so getting into the City Centre is easy. The restaurant menu was limited. We often book Campanile hotels as they offer an omelette and fries which is suitable for a Vegetarian, but this one didn't, so we had to go into town. I asked for a room away from the main road, so it was very quiet.

No shuttle so it was an expensive cab ride. Clean, quiet, comfortable room though. Good value.

Welcoming staff in reception and helpful with travel & local area.Good location...few minutes ride on tram to the Chateau and park.
Had buffet meal in the restaurant and unfortunately the hot food had dried up however the starters & deserts were good. In future would go for something freshly cooked.
Shower door in en suite didn't close properly & sink water slow to drain...just a bit of maintenance needed.
Best rates are for weekend stay.
All in all enjoyable & served it's purpose.

I was not really happy with the attitude of the hotel staff. Majority of them were not very friendly I must say and not helpful at all. They do not make any effort to solve any problems or help you with any question you may have. Not a pleasant stay unfortunately which doesn't encourage me to stay in there again. I believe that definitely they need to develop their service quality.

Overall it was a good stay. Only problem was that the double room had only one bath towel and no hand towel. The same in the second room for my son.
The buffet of starters was excellent but the hot buffet not recommended. By 8pm there were no vegetables left and the meats other than the joint were dry and tired. The breakfast buffet had big empty dishes by 9.15 and breakfast was served til 10.

The room is big and clean with kettle & drink included. We also found the underground car park secured and convenient. It is closed to a supermarket and easy access to town centre.

Great location. The hotel is near the mall which has the only Starbucks within 50 miles. Honestly the cafes are way better and have fresh pastries being made hourly. Unrelated topic, the gas station next to the hotel is tricky and you must be careful because they charge your credit card 120.00 euros no matter what. I was told it’s to make sure you have enough money.

Surprisingly we really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very nice. It was very affordable, fun colors, the room was nice and clean. The air conditioner worked well. Free wifi and parking (which was huge in Nantes - a busy city!). We were able to buy a coffee to go in the morning which was great!

We used this hotel for an overnight stay prior to flying out of Nanates Atlantique. Chosen to give us a chance to look at Nantes itself, the hotel filled the bill perfectly.It is a typical Campanille standard so facilities are limited but completely predictable and well executed.

Lovely welcoming staff. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was superb!

Horrendous drive through Nantes in rush hour!? Took nearly 2 hours to do 8 miles. Steep bank to underground car park, easier to exit. Good shower, bed ok, food in restaurant poor, both had dicky tummies the next morning

The hotel receptionists were helpful and courteousI appreciated the fact that they kept my room although I came at midnight after a delayed flight. Of course that it is normal but I could have worked out oppositely

This was our second time staying here and everything was fine - except - the menu in the restaurant does not change enough if you are staying regularly
We ordered a taxi late in the evening for the following morning - and after waiting ten minutes past the due time we gave up and sorted other transport ourselves. We assume the receptionist had not bothered to book the taxi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was extremely disappointing and could have been catastrophic if we hadn't caught our flights
