Good overall experience but mattress nearing end of life

The room was very dirty and definitely have not been clean properly…I am even wondering if the bed sheets were clean. There was food on the floor, pubic hair on the toilet seat, we found an ear plug in one bed and a plastic bottle cap in the other bed plus everything was full of dust like everywhere in the hotel not just the rooms. The bathrooms beside the pool we’re disgusting.

It didn’t look like the pictures at all.

Room was fine, it was clean and big enough, the only thing is that it is not sound proof, we could here the baby in the room next door cry all night...

My phone was stolen at approx.7pm on aug 3rd. From the pool area. I put it down to go swimming and later informed the front desk that there was only a few other ppl in the pool area at the time and that i was probably them. The person at the desk hardly took my room number. There is a camera in the pool area she didnt even takw my name no interest in helping.

The room was decent though carpet didn't look super clean and it was sort of sticky. Washroom was quite magnificent for 3 star hotel and everything we needed was there. Reception staff wasn't the best - we reserved via hotels.com and we called there to make sure our reservation was done successfully and reflects on their end, they said all good but when we got there, the man on reception mentioned there was no reservation under my name and thus he couldn't allocate us with any room. He wasn't friendly of course and conversation wasn't smooth because we had hard time until he figured the reservation was done upon me showing all the evidences. It wasted almost an hour after 6 hours non stop drive for us. When we checked out, there was no one at the reception for 30 mins and when the lady came back, she rudely mentioned to leave the key at the reception for future but I don't think we'll ever go back to this place again.

It is close to places that i wanted to see

It is very peaceful and soothing.

Front desk wasnt friendly at all

The Room seemed okay until we pulled out the blankets. We found hairs in both beds. We asked for new sheets, which were quickly delivered (even if it was 11h00). When leaving, we didn't get a paper copy of the invoice and when we asked for a rebate for the discomfort we were told to send and email while the manager in service checked with his boss. We never got any response. Will not be going back . Plus the hallway tables and decorations were full of dust.

Clean, friendly and close to all outlets

Multiple things wrong with this place. No full time person at the desk, manager was taking care of this, but he’d be all of the property. I have not been cleaned for a while. Toilet was very dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was full of dust. The kitchen part had no bowls, dish towel was full of holes, top part of the headboard was loose and could’ve fallen down at any time. The AC in the room was very loud

Friendly Staff, Quiet area with beautiful views , Restaurants are walkable.

Dirty, noisy, smelly. We were not in the room on the pictures. The bed was confortable, at least. We could hear people talk in the rooms around ours. The room was smelly. Walls were dirty, floor were dirty. TV is really small.

Very well located and very clean !

Our room had no air-conditioning. It had broken. The front staff found us a fan. The hotel was full so we couldn't go to another room. No discount was offered.

No room service

It's a nice little hotel close to the city centre. They don't have much to offer in terms of room service or cleaning service if your there for a short stay, but they have a small pool and a hot tub downstairs, nice for families and stuff like that. Place is a little dated, could use a face lift, but very clean for the most part. I did find a cockroach in my room, kinda turned me off, but I'm sure it happens in some of these older hotels. Would definitely recommend for a short stay if your on a budget.

Close to La Principale street. Unfortunately not worth it. Its old and smell. Room our dirty, bugs, stains on walls, rust and simply terrible.
