Sand in the sheets and on the floor when we arrived 2 towels ! Pool directly outside of our patio Every person including guests an DC employees were outrageously loud every morning We had to have the very worst room in the hotel

The doors you have to shut them really hard and makes a loud very loud noise that it bothers someone who is sleeping or try to rest but other than that excellent

Playa Bonita is a beautiful. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and very spacious. The pool needs a little updating but was clean. It was very nice being right on the beach and having access directly from the pool area. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Staff was great..place was clean..only thing was the pillows..very hard and lumpy.gave me a sore neck

We had an excellent stay at Playa Bonita resort. The staff was outstanding and the restaurant food was excellent. Beach access was convenient. The pools were small, and they could use more seating in the pool area. This is an excellent location for families with children.

Room Had a sewer smell , sheets had stains, hair on the towels and floor the location was nice close to the beach.

I loved this resort. The beach is nice. The rooms were clean. And the restaurant was great!

This place is a nice place. Especially for kids. Very convenient beach access. Just a few steps from the beach. They have a restaurant right next door. Great food. Drinks for adults was also great. Our son has autism and they accommodate and got us into our room a little sooner then check it. That was a plus for us. They have security and parking is safe as well. Only down side was the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Also someone knock on our door twice in middle of night and said guest service. Of course we didn’t answer. We look through the peep hole and didn’t see anyone. But after that we couldn’t sleep no more. Good place for the price. Kids love it ☺️

I like everything for this property but the best its the private beach

I definitely enjoyed my stay and will come back. The only that bothered me was the staff was not friendly and I was charged double. But thats ok! Sh happens and would be glad to come back and experience this all over again.

24 hour security was what we liked and that the pool closed early so that there wasnt guests out late making noise

We weren’t too sure about yellow paint at first. But, the inside of the double queen bedroom was up-to-date with new amenities, which was great. Paid extra for the beach view, but only half of a view(4th floor R800s) Compliments to all employees that keep the hotel clean. Front desk were very professional. Maybe a little too much, made a couple jokes didn’t bother to acknowledge.

I come to Purto Penasco often, this was my first time staying at Playa Bonita. I’m very familiar with the are. Definitely safe. The beach is beautiful on that side, not as rocky, clean beach, the only positive. The front desk employee was very condescending, passive aggressive, rude. There are no phones in the room as well (doesn’t bother me, but for those whom it would bother) Unexpected extra charge as well. I will never, ever stay there again.

The pool bar was so so. The bartender and security guard watched us struggle to open two umbrellas without a word but when we went to order drinks, they told us it was too windy to open the umbrellas. They easily could have said something while we struggled. It was very deliberate and rude.

Everything was great! Beautiful room… great view…. Room was clean…. Everybody was so nice!!! .
