I had an issue shortly after checking into my room with other guests on my floor, so I asked the staff to move me to another floor. They were quick to hear me out…and respond in an amazing way. kudos to you….and many…MANY thanks for all you did to help me.

Very nicely renovated place and super nice front desk staff . Nice restaurant which we didn’t try but my grandma has always eaten here every time she comes to Camrose from Killam for many many years We will definitely stay again

Overall clean, friendly, good location

This Is my favourite place to stay in the area. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms excellent service, great food, and tasty beverages are certain. I don’t want to stay anywhere else! I keep coming back when I need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Expensive

We stayed here after the MS Bike Tour. This property has really been improved on and had everything we needed which was mostly a shower and a bed. Pub with craft beer downstairs which we sadly didn’t try. Very quiet although we were on the 4th Fluor.

We were dismayed and very disappointed. I particularly booked in this property because you have a room to accommodate 5 adults in 1 room so I booked it way ahead of time, 3 mos. ahead to be exact, just to find out that only 4 adults would fit in as there were only 2 queen size bed, no sofa bed nor pull-out bed. The couple who would like to join us travelled all the way from Cold Lake, and when we check-in at late night after joining day camp at the Miquelon lake provincial park, to our surprised there’s no sofa bed nor pull out bed or anything that they can accommodate 5 Adults as per our booking. So they had to leave the hotel and coz there was also no room available and they had to go back to the campsite and travelled in a very dark night in a scary tiny back road where the signal were very poor, all of us were just first-timer, we particularly booked a hotel room as we are not into camping overnight but yes, very dissatisfied and disappointed to think that we spent for room that was supposedly good for 5 adults but ended up with only 3 adults.

Super friendly staff. The waitress asked our names and remembered them when we came back. Food was good. Really appreciated having the Dove beauty products in the rooms. So many times I've travelled and had highly scented products that I end up being allergic to. It's nice to have just a simple product that I could use. Would definitely book this hotel again

Every time I travel north of Calgary I try to arrange a stay in Camrose. The Norseman Inn is still the finest hotel in the area. Specious comfortable rooms are well appointed. The bathrooms ste spotless with ample towels and linens. The food, beverages and entertainment are all top notch. I can think of no place better to have a delicious club sandwich, a hot shower, and a great sleep. This is my default choice😎

I thought this stay included breakfast, it did not and even if we wanted to dine at the restaurant, it did not open until 7AM. We had to leave before that each day. The hotel was under renovations when we stayed, even though this was going on the hotel was clean and tidy.

The night staff was kind and helpful, when we went to the room it was very dated, tv cable box was unplugged. It was clean and tidy. The bed was not comfortable and squeeked and headboard wasnt attached properly to the wall, and then when you turned over it made noise, the couch was 90s and not comfortable. Bathroom was updated. Shower temp and pressure was not the best. The front desk staff in the morning was not as kind as the staff who checked us in. Over all it was okay, but could of been better.

I had forgotten to book a hotel for the night when I came up for a trade show and they were great to deal with at the last minute

Had a great visit in Camrose. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The room was nice and cozy. The hotel was in walking distance to shopping and food

Room was exceptionally clean and newly renovated! Hotel was packed with no vacancies, and everything went smoothly on check in. We checked in late at the front desk staff found us an additional room for next evening at a great price.

My son and I were in town to visit the Augustana Campus, and Days Inn was a simple 4 minute drive away, with lots of food choices nearby, easy parking, and the staff were excellent in taking care of our needs. Although breakfast wasn't included they had a restaurant attached or across the street was McDonald's and Tim Horton's. I'd happily stay here again
