Superb. Everything was first class. Especially kids club and our child doesn’t usually like kids club. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

We stayed 7 nights and came for a family holdiday and the stay was excellent. The level of service and can do attitude separates this from many other hotels. Food was great, staff friendly and the setting is a italian dream.

Beautiful beach

The staff are great and management will do what needed to ensure client satisfaction. Important to note that Most of the rooms have no view. The only ones that do are the junior suites but even that is not the best. The hotel is at least 1 km from the beach.

I booked this hotel before its opening so I was a little apprehensive but it turned out to be a great choice and we enjoyed our stay. It genuinely deserves 5 stars, relatively small property, beautiful gardens, pool area, world class beach 5 min walk from the hotel, room was nice with a large outdoor sitting area, the staff overall was professional and friendly (reception, parking, pool). My main complaint was the service at the restaurant, there were a few waiters that did not seem to care much and you had to request some items several times.

The worst service I have had in the last period, except the reception. This hotel has the services of a 3 * hotel in comparing other 5 * hotels over the world. - They only know English in the reception area and maybe 2 waiters. - in the suite 800 / night I had to ask every second day to refill my water and coffee, doesn’t matter how many times I have asked they ignored us and nobody came - a tile replaced in the bathroom replaced with silicone - on the "private beach" - as they present it, we were told that if we have a suite (junior suite), we are entitled to 1.-2. line by the sea…. They always gave us the last line of sunbeds that we didn't have a reservation in advance, even if they were empty whole day. Beach about 10 minutes from the resort, without service and without drinks…. Pure disaster. - By the pool, the waiter service was only when he happened to walk around or unless you broke your arm by waving at him. - after 3 days we stopped going to the main restaurant and found restaurants in near area (Lucky us, we had a car) … instead of desserts we got the bill - we had a dog with us, they present themselves as a PET friendly hotel :), but upon arrival they told us that apart from the room he can hardly go anywhere. - cleaning was okay If you are used to the higher quality services you must look elsewhere The suite supposed to have 65m2. But also with a front garden about :) the room had a maximum of 35m and outdoor seating 8m…

This is a lovely hotel with attentive staff. Positives - spacious complex, huge swimming pool, good food, short walk to a beautiful beach. Negatives - location, be aware that you will need a car if you wish to explore or have a change of scene when dining. You can hire a car for around £55.00 for a day and I would recommend it.

Location great, pool is amazing, beach is very nice. The room was clean and average interior. To be clear this place isn’t five star, probably more like 3.5. From the food to the service. The pool attendants would go on lunch breaks and miraculously the wind would be too high for the umbrellas to be up so customers can burn. Torn on this hotel nice place but a little run down. For instance the pool furniture was spoiled from years of overuse small details could make this place better. Very mixed

Two storey bungalows spread out over a large area, all very tastefully done. Nice pool area with double sun beds, no problem getting these and a private beach a pleasant 15 mins walk from the hotel with sun beds and parasols. The breakfast buffet choice was amazing from hot food to cold food to cakes and freshly squeezed juices in front of your eyes. The restaurant in the evening had a good choice of food and it was lovely. Fatu served us and she was very helpful and friendly. The whole hotel was spotless and the room were a very good size with large bathroom. Very comfortable beds and very efficient air con. We only had one night here before our flight home and it was just 30mins to the airport by car. You need a car if you want to go anywhere as it is a bit off the beaten track. All staff were very friendly and helpful and as we had a late flight home and had to check out of our room at midday we were able to shower and change in the spa before our return journey which was lovely. An expensive hotel, bit it was nice.

The hotel looked good on first impression. Unfortunately, our room was infested with ants necessitating our moving to a different room each day and having to unpack and pack each day. No offer to compensate us for the inconvenience. Having said that, the front desk staff were excellent and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the setting is beautiful.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I’ll start with the good stuff: it’s a secluded property. Construction is relatively new, good A/C, good shower and bed/pillows. The pool was awesome, with great views, and the beach was a bit of a walk, but nice. The bar had a good selection of drinks. Now the bad: service. Check-in was very slow. We were very confused by the dinner process, they had a menu but no entrees or desert, just main dishes...and a buffet that had no price, but was €30 if you sampled anything (eventually we did, it was REALLY good). The hotel has no irons (of course, laundry service is $$$$); we asked for a bucket of ice ($$$$), and also $$$$ if you wanted chairs at the first and second row at the beach. Second day, we had pool towels with us, and when we tried to return them, pool guy was gone. Reception guy told us: as an exception, I will take them, but you must return them at the pool (sure! this was an exception, next time I won’t come here to bring them to you, I will just throw them on the street). Waiters were pretty rude (usual though). You will be far from everything, perfect to relax...not: the hotel (spa?) is family friendly, so prepare yourself to hear the squealing of babies all over the place. Not worth the price, not coming back, and not recommending (a pity, because the facilities are top notch).

In serious need of an upgrade. Room had no soundproofing whatsoever. Kept up all night with people coming and going from rooms. Glad only booked one night.

Gorgeous property. Very unique. Beautiful beach and pool. A true delight. Great for all ages. Beware if you have challenges walking distances to beach etc. It is reminiscent of Arizona combined with a Caribbean island. Perfection! Food was very nice. Great buffet breakfast, very nice dinners, we enjoyed the half board. Have lunch at the lovely bar outside near pool after the beach for a treat. Beach is heavenly with view of the mountains! Also, the staff was very nice. Genuinely kind and made our stay even better. Well run hotel.

The place was so peaceful we took our 19month old son for a week mid July and enjoyed being around the quiet pool area so so lovely. We walked to the beach on a couple of occasions it is only 10 min walk but it was so busy!! This hotel had everything i would suggest hiring a car so you can explore a little more buy if your looking for accommodation that’s not over run I highly recommend you stay here!! Perfect!

Beautiful spot that was perfect to relax at for end of holiday

It was a nice modern place with 4 star service. I think it’s best for couples. I would not recommend for families. There’s also an area you have to walk through in order to get to the beach. Lots of bugs day and night but the resort itself is beautiful.

Lovely hotel, but seriously need to improve their environmental practices

Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, good food. A great location with a couple of pools and a 2 minute walk to the beach where there are a range of loungers. Food in the restaurant was good and reasonable. 2 people for a 4 course dinner and a bottle of wine was 150 EUR

Very nice resort. Bed was hard, and the rooms kind of smelled damp and musty. But the facilities were great. Pool, bar, beach amenities. And the hotel staff were incredibly gracious and helpful.

Its a good hotel. Not great hotel food. Wold recommend going into san teodoro for food. Cheaper and better choice. Good for kids as beach is excellent and safe.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at the Paradise Resort in July 2015. The setting is truly idyllic and the rooms and grounds are comfortable and spacious. The service was friendly and attentive.There probably arent quite enough sun loungers around the pool for the number of guests, and 18 euros for an umbrella down on the beach seems steep. Prices overall were quite expensive but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful hotel with perfect beach, calm and warm waters. Very romantic. Great breakfast, dinner hit and miss. 1st day excellent 2nd almost non edible.
