My stay at Magnolia Pointe was amazing. Everything was nice, the villa was comfortable and clean. There were over 10 pools to choose from. The location is perfect, near everything. The beach was only 5 minutes away. We will definitely be returning.

First let me say the location of the condo was great. Centrally located near tourist attractions. The condo itself was very uncomfortable to stay in due to the lack of cleanliness. The decor was nice but 1. Carpet was stain throughout the place. 2.had to purchase batteries to stop beeping detectors and missing detectors 3. There were light bulbs missing from the lamps and chandelier. 4. The sofa was stained and had hair on it. Yuck. 5. There is a stain or substance on one of the bedroom nightstand 6. Kitchen table dirty. There were hand prints and dust or food on the kitchen table. 7. The online description state lake view. We had a view of the golf course. There were other things but I could only upload 8 pictures. With the fear of the spread of Covid 19 proper cleaning procedures and some maintenance should have been done. Also my online receipt had different office hours. I attempted to go to the office to address these issues but it was closed the entire length of our stay. I have rented a condo here before but thru the owner and our stay was perfect. Also you need to put the exact pictures of what is rented. Using photos of your best condos only is deceiving. We rented a hotel the remainder of our trip because everyone was uncomfortable.

The air aconditioning was not served and it was the not same condo that i had seen was very different

The poor check-in was not due to the hotel owners, they were great and took care of our situation quickly. Expedia on the other hand canceled our reservations and did not notify us. We traveled all the way there to be told our reservations were canceled by expedia. Propery management resolved our issue and got us a better room right on the beach.

Very nice place. Very convenient to get to anywhere you want to go to. Exceeded my expectations. Thankful it has a elevator to access the 3rd floor. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The location was good but the condition the condo was in was not the best the wifi was horrible the carpet was really dirty and the condo was really dirty we had to clean the bathroom because it had mold and the really old.

The property was in a great location convenient to shopping, restaurant, golf and local attractions. The property was well maintain.

Great Space. Not too far from Myrtle Beach, Boardwalk on the Beach, other stores etc. Beautiful grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Wonderful place to stay. The condo was listed as a 3bd 1bth but we had 2 bathrooms 1 was only accessible from the master bedroom. Ihighly recommend this place and i will be looking forward to returning to magnolia pointe on my next visit to myrtle beach.

We loved Myrtle beach and the condo was clean. The only thing that bothered us is that the dishwasher was broken and had standing water. It made the place smell real bad. I called the office about the problem and did not get a call back. It was not resolved. We hope the next set of people didn’t go through the same thing.

We had an amazing time at Magnolia Pointe. Really could not have asked for a better location- close to all main attractions and shopping malls. The condo we stood in is well kept, clean, nicely furnished. Renters should know that there is NO housekeeping during your stay and that trash needs to be taken out to a nearby dumpster. I will definitely recommend this vacation rental.

This is not a place for a group retreat. There are rules and regulations that are not given until after you arrive! The amenities are not for the those vacationing but geared more toward those who live there year around. This is not a resort at all.

Enjoyed the stay. The only negative experience (out of the control of the service), I stayed on the second floor and the day after arriving, the visitors on the third floor were extremely loud.

We only needed a place for 2 nights. This place was located perfectly for what we needed. The grounds are beautiful and view was so peaceful. The only problems we came across were; the rugs were very dirty - big dark spots all over - needs a good shampooing, one of the panels on the screened porch was broken, there was only 1 roll of tp in each bath, no hairdryer. But the place is very spacious for a family!!

Needs to improve king size bed, two beds put together kept sliding apart at night and one was higher than the otherror. Couches and condo need to be sanitized more frequently to rid insects.

I always enjoy my stay here. This was my 3rd visit and I enjoyed it. Will be back soon!

I was totally relaxed and the comfort level was a new and unforgettable experience.

All 5 pools were closed. It was my daughter and her best friends 13th birthday and they love to swim. The indoor pool and gym was across from our room, but we were not allowed to use it because we sign up through a different resort. We were told they had an indoor pool when we called to confirm what I was told and the next person I spoke to said they didn't. They need to have staff that know what they are talking about and make vacationers aware of situations.

I called the office to let them know that I would need a late check in. The office is only open Monday-Friday 8 to 5 est. The office guy said to call back later, when I got closer. I didn't understand why he said do that. I asked him about the bedding. I told him it was my anniversary. He said my condo would have a king bed and a 2 twins. I couldn't call back before 5 because the traffic was hectic and I couldn't get a signal. I called the after service number and explained I needed a late check in. They told me what to do. Disappointing when I got in my condo I only a double bed and 2 twins. The carpet in the condo was filthy huge stains were everywhere. I took pictures of the carpet because I didnt want to be blamed for how it looked. On the next business day, I called the office and told them about the condo. The same guy that I spoke to the day before, said if I wanted to change rooms I would have to pay a cleaning fee of $144.00 for the one night stay of the condo I was in. he then told me he gave the bedding I requested to others who checked in before me. Don't stay there until you see your condo you rent!!!.

Had a great time and staff was very helpful, attentive, and hospitable.
