Overall is a good place to stay, good location near shooping, supermarked, restaurants. Clean, our room was near the elevator for my parents acessibility, kitchenet includes all the neccessary tableware and staff was nice

Pros;
Excellent location, walkable to Disney and with the shuttle you get picked up and dropped off first.
Near the shopping centre, everything you need within a 5 minute walk.
Comfy and clean beds.
Quiet outdoor pool to relax.
Cons;
In need of maintenance, wallpaper ripped off in the hallways, sofa cover tearing away, nails and bits coming loose which is dangerous, pool loungers have holes in and it all needs a good refurb!
Sofa bed wasn’t made up, I had to do this myself which wasn’t ideal.
Breakfast could be better, a bit basic.

My faughter and I stayed for a 4 day trip, and really rate it hoghly. The apartment on the 3rd floor was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hairdryer nerds replacing and switches off after 20 seconds, take your own or likr us, we borrowed one from reception.
Although we booked vreakfast,I wish we hadnt...it was poor for the price. My advice is if you gave an apartment, dont bother and get breakfast in for a fraction of the price.
The hotel is under 10minutes from Val' de Eurooe where yiu will find designer shops, restaurants, bars and a Lidl for your shopping necassaties.
It was under a 20 minutes walk to the Disneyland Park, orca shuttle, or €10-€12euro in an uber.
The highlight of this hotel is the pool...it was amazing! We will definitely be returning, thank you.

I was a little worried about staying here after reading the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is in a great position and only a 15-20 min walk to Disney. There is a large shopping centre a 5 min walk away which has plenty of places to eat. The train station is about a 20 min walk if you want to get into Paris.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well equipped. My only complaint is the air con is centrally controlled and was set at 22 degrees, so was not cool enough. I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment but was very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again. The free shuttle bus is a bonus but doesn't run throughout the day, between 12ish and 6ish. Not a major issue as it is walkable.

A lovely stay. Check in quick and friendly, room adequate and clean, small shop onsite for water/drinks/crisps.
Pool area nice, wasn’t overly busy, water a nice temperature.

This is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Disneyland. The room was small but clean and comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of visible damage in the hallways and needs for repair, but there were signs posted that a renovation is coming soon. The breakfast was a bit over-priced but a nice selection of foods. The shuttle was convenient, although there wasn't much information available. We didn't know the schedule or that we needed to show a room key to get on the shuttle back to the hotel, but we figured it out! Overall, I would recommend this for a short stay if in the area.

This was a perfect hotel for our family of 4 while we were at Disneyland Paris. Twenty minute walk to the parks.

As a foreigner in a foreign country, communication is everything. And also is very difficult. Some of the staff was very helpful and tried to work with us as we talked through with our broken French, but a few of them were very impatient and rude. If you’re going to be in the hospitality industry, you’re gonna have to be patient, especially with foreigners.

Really nice staff, but the condition of the hotel isn't always great. The pool is brilliant. Location-wise...you couldn't ask for more for Disney...and the free shuttle is superb. Just ask reception for a timetable and it stops right across the road

Ok hotel close to Disneyland. Nice heated pool. Ok breakfast and good size of room with two bedrooms and small outside terrass. But worn and moldy - espessialy the bathroom.

This was a wonderful stay. Great for our Family of four. Everything was very clean and nice. The pool was great and the kids loved it! The only negative was the wallpaper in the hallway had a lot of ripped pieces. And the bed was quite hard. Other than that: amazing stay! Would choose this again!

Property was good overall. Once we got the hang of transportation and the train and sub stations. The rooms were great and we walked all the days to Disney and back. The bus can get pretty bad depending when you catch it. We used it to leave and take the train from Disney to CDG airport and made things easy. We also paid for the breakfast daily and had a variety of pastries, cereal, eggs, yogurt and an expresso and coffee machine.

Everything was just great! Fast check in. When checking out they kept our luggage extra time at no charge while we did last trip to Disney. Nature around is beautiful, 2 lakes, swans, a wild fat cat. Pool was very warm and clean. Breakfast delicious! Staff was helping and friendly. Shuttle bus comes right on time. Great energy all over the place!

This hotel is probably one of the worst I have ever been to, and I am traveling around the world all the time.
Wall paper ripped off everywhere it feels like a dump, impossible to change the room temperature in the room, set up at 26 degrees (following a state rule according to them, but they are the only one doing that), the room phone is not working, no daily cleaning in the room, the door fridge was barely holding.
When we arrived our room had twin beds when I asked for a double. They made us change to a room which was not even cleaned yet…
This hotel is a total chaos!
The only light there was one receptionist, Aurelie, who was trying her best to keep it up with what she was given, and made sure to keep us happy despite the chaos around everything. It’s not easy to keep a customer patient when everything goes wrong.
This hotel should close and she should be recruited in a true 4 stars hotel!

Good points:
Proximity to Disneyland and free shuttle bus to the parks.
Relative cost compared to other hotels in the area kept the cost down when trying to visit Disneyland Paris.
Parking available, but at a cost of 15 euros per day.
The staff are all friendly and helpful, which is important when staying somewhere new.
Downsides:
Feels like it hasn’t had much investment over the years - nothing changed since our last visit 2 years ago and actually looks tired now.
Cleanliness could be improved - our sink was barely draining, lots of dust and old labels under beds, peeling walls and a ceiling fixture that looked worryingly loose.
We didn’t try the breakfast as we used the bakery on the corner of the next street along, which sells all sorts of delicious stuff that we used for breakfast and lunches in the Disney parks.
There are other budget apartments we have tried in the area that offer slightly better value and have been kept to a better standard.
Overall would probably stay again for a cheap holiday, but don’t expect anything special.

So convenient for Disneyland Paris, shopping at Val d'Europe and the train stations for getting around. Was easy to get to from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport also. The staff was very helpful. The little market by the front desk has wonderful options for food you could prepare in room.

The apartment itself was great. it was very clean. The kitchen area had everything we needed to self cater. The hallways of the hotel were rather shabby looking, dirty carpets and wallpaper peeling off the walls, but you are only walking through them so not a big issue. Reception staff were nice. It was a perfect location for our holiday shopping centre/restaurants 5 minute walk and entrance to Disneyland Parks/Village & Train Station 15 minute walk.

Perfect location for Disney, can walk to the park in 13 mins or they provide a free shuttle bus to and from the parks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit run down it could be doing with a makeover and the bed and pillows were so uncomfy. Ideal hotel for a night or two for Disney.

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Disney. It was 15 minutes walk which was absolutely doable before and after long park days- with the option of a free shuttle 3 times an hour if you didn’t want this. The room was practical and safe; we were missing a few items from the room (second chair and the tv didn’t work) but this didn’t bother us as we didn’t stay in the room much of the day. The kitchenette was so helpful, especially with dishwasher tablets provided. Overall, a very good stay

Local to disney land so that was good rooms and hallways need refubishing as carpet in rooms furniture very old and hallways very ruff they only do dining in mornings time good breakfast priced at £20 euro adult and £8 OR 9 euro for children

The hotel is in need of some maintenance (hallways looked run down) and some of our outlets did not work in the room. Overall though, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Having the kitchenette was great too. And the shuttle to Disney was very convenient!

The stay worked wery well.
The reception area is nice but the hallways and rooms start to show some wearing where the tapestry starts coming off here and there. All in all a nice stay and perfect for spending some time at Disneyland and Paris. Trains go to Paris centre every 10 minutes.

Only stayed for 1 day in a 1 bed appartment with a balcony. Room very clean, we stayed on a particularly hot day and the aircon is centrally controlled so not as cool as we eould ha e liked but we are used to aircon at home and nice a cool room. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was basic but more than good enough. Wouldnt have an issue staying again.

There for 4 days and never cleaned the room once. Last day upon checkout housekeeping finally came but before checkout and walked in without knocking to myself undressed. I was right next to the door so didn’t miss a knock. Just walked right in door open for all to see.
