It was an overall great stay! However there was roadwork at night during our stay, made it a little inconvenient to come back at night.

It is a very functional hotel, everything was very good. We managed to stay only a few hours (late arrival, early departure), but we found everything as it should. We were able to crash after a long and tiresome day, and not had to worry about anything.

Parking is not practical and not much space, it is complicated when trying to get in or get out of the car.

Hotel was perfect for an overnight business stay -- clean, helpful staff, comfortable bed, electricity in all the right spots in the bedroom, and an overly large room with kitchenette. We needed to stay a couple of extra hours after the normal check-out due to a late flight departure, and the staff could not have been more accommodating, allowing us to work in the room an extra 3 hours. When we finally emerged, they called a taxi to take us to the airport which arrived in 3 minutes. Next door is a resort Holiday Inn, and the two are connected, so there was a pretty dining room there though the menu was pretty limited. The only downside was the industrial feel of the neighborhood.

You had a truck with a very loud motor pumping water all night, allong will that, Noise levels facing the freeway were terrible. I don't know how anyone sleeps with that??

This hotel does not represent Holiday Inn Express level. I am used to stay in Holiday Inn Express in Mexico and this one is the worst so far.

By chance, during a vacation in Mexico City, I visited Queretero for one night to see a concert. The Holiday Inn Express was the nicest surprise! It is new, sparkling clean, efficient in every way and the kitchenette/ bar area is perfect for a longer stay. This hotel adjoins the very nice Holiday Inn through a back gate giving you access to the family friendly, huge yard, pool and good restaurant. Although Holiday Inn Express is on a busy highway, the room was very quiet with exceptionally comfortable beds.The staff was helpful in every way and arranged for cabs whenever needed. There is also Uber in Queretero. Holiday Inn Express is at least a 10 min cab ride into the historic downtown area, but for some travelers this is a plus because there is very easy access to the hotel from the freeway and the airport. Queretero , where the declaration of Mexican Independence was signed, is a rapidly expanding city between Mexico City and northern cities such as San Miguel de Allende.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. It is an excellent hotel, modern, clean and convenient, at a very good price. Also the breakfast was very good.

Staff was kind and always ready to help. Great food, clean and comfortable rooms. The only problem was that the air conditioning didn’t work for three days.

Very clean and spacious hotel right next to a full service holiday inn. I recommend spending the night here and walking to the holiday inn next door for meals

Nice hotel close to major main roads. Parking seems limited but I didn't have any problems parking.
