街の中心にあり、スーパー、お土産屋さんがそれぞれ隣に、バス停も目の前で立地が最高！全室部屋からマウンテンビューが楽しめて素晴らしかったです。部屋にはバスタブも完備されていて、清潔感もあり、スタッフの方もとても親切で、館内にも日本語表記の情報があったり、日本語で話し掛けて下さって、とても快適な滞在となりました。

ハイシーズンだったこともあり、やはりお値段が結構しました。あとは、朝食のバリエーション(卵、野菜、フルーツ)がもう少しあれば良いなと思いました。

1. Helpful, patient and professional staff. 2. The room was big and the balcony was a bit surprise! The street and mountain view was absolutely stunning. 3. The location was perfect. Bus to Jungfrau and cable to First. Walking distance to so many restaurants. 4. Quiet room and great sleep.

Strongly not recommended! This marks the first time I've felt compelled to leave a negative review. Our stay at this hotel was profoundly unpleasant. Personally, I booked a two-night stay, and my friend joined me for the first night. However, on the second day, at 10 PM, while I was asleep, the front desk relentlessly knocked on my door. She came to check whether my friend was still occupying the room, saying that an additional person would incur extra charges. Interestingly, my friend had already informed the staff of her departure earlier that night when she gathered her belongings and left. To our dismay, the unhelpful conduct of the reception staff persisted throughout our stay. This was particularly evident when we left our luggage at the front desk before checking in, only to be met with a marked lack of patience. Furthermore, the functionality of the showerhead in our room was compromised. When we requested assistance, we were met with an evident reluctance to help.

Excellent location in the heart of Grindelwald, beautiful balconies to sit and watch the mountains. Very friendly staff and helpful to give you the best advice for your stay in the area. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Disappointed as expected more for the price charged which is very high, possibly this is the going rate for accomodation in Grindelwald and Switzerland. But the rooms really need updating, they are very old and outdated. There was a lack of bathroom ammenities provided, no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands, and only a few cheap sachets of shower gel/shampoo. For the price would expect much better facilities and ammenities provided.

Breakfast is okay. WIFI is okay.

Perfect location within Grindelwald. All local attractions were within walking distance. Friendly and accommodating staff and they took care of all our needs. My spouse was sick and they did the best to help her out. The girls at the reception were very helpful, unfortunately I don't remember the names but I appreciate them really. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend 10/10 to anyone looking at a place to stay in Grindelwald.

Everything was amazing, however the price is slightly on the higher end but Switzerland is expensive in general. Great stay actually, and we definitely made the right choice.
