My stay at the Hotel was average, I expected more from the hotel such as cleanliness, comfort and it wouldn't be bad if they added a basic breakfast that was included because the truth is quite expensive.

fun place two great pool options. Limited selection cafe. The bus takes you right to the park. Many activities at the resort and you can get your tickets and upgrades at the resort

The Cabana Bay has impeccable service and immaculate rooms and grounds. The location is perfect for going to the parks. My only teeny tiny complaint from this visit is that we booked this hotel because they usually do a Halloween horror nights experience every year in the rec room. That's the only reason I paid a little more to stay here as opposed to anywhere else. And for some reason they just didn't do it this year. They just had a few decorations in the foyer.

2nd stay in the past 6 months. Plenty of food and drink venue choices. Doesn’t feel overcrowded. Appreciated the use of microwaves and toasters in the diner eating section. Hassle free early checkin both stays. Great pool area. Enjoyed the Coke Freestyle option our entire stay.

Nice place to stay with family

I LOVE this hotel. It is a chill vibe and the theming is immersive. You can't beat the price of this resort compared to other theme park resorts' prices.

Took too long to check in but I did not book through your website…next time I will book on Cabana Beach resort website. The gate by my building from the parking area was broken when we checked in but got fixed the night before we left. I was satisfied that it was fixed pretty fast. I will be staying again!!! Excellent service from everyone on the property especially the cleaning crew on 5300 floor during my stay.

We had our 2 year old grandson with us and it was perfect!! The beach pool, lazy river, and water fountain play pad for toddlers made it the best place for us!!! The shuttle to universal was so convenient and a large food court for meals made it a one stop stay. I would recommend this fun place for any families on a vaca to the universal area of Orlando!

Check in was very long over a hour , need to be more efficient in that department! Place was very nice other than that !

Amazing experience as this is our second time there.

This was our second time staying at Cabana Bay. We were at the Bayside this time. Good food options. Spacious rooms. Lots of amenities on the property. Two outdoor pools. Short walk to Volcano Bay and theme park shuttles available. We had a great time!

This hotel is convenient, the shuttle service to the park is frequent and the walk to volcano bay is very short. Lots of life guards supervising the 2 pools and the lazy river. Laundry room costing $3 per wash cycle (30 mins) and $3 for the tumble dryers (1 hour), supply your own detergent. The cleanliness could be better, towards the end of the day it was hard to find clean pool towels. The room towels and the pool towels look identical which might explain the yellow stains on the room towels. Toiletries supplied by the hotel are shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap, so if you want shower gel/body wash take your own. Walls are very thin, so when someone closes the door to their nearby room expect the wall of you room to move. The bed in the room we stayed in was uncomfotable, the mattress had exceeded its life cycle and was in need of replacing. The location of the scanner to release the parking barrier caused confusion for lots of guests given it is low down on the machine and requires most drivers to drive the car to with-in inches of the machine, this often lead to queues getting out of the car park.

The property location was convenient and the bus transportation was quick and easy to the parks. The Volcano bay walking path was a huge plus. I personally got tired of the food in the dining hall but appreciated the convience and quality, especially when we came back from the parks. Since Island of Adventure closes at 10, the food in the dining hall should be available until at least midnight instead of eleven. I must say this hotels cleaning standards were below standard. The floors in the elevators had the same nasty stains all over the floor all 6 days we were there. The hallways on the floor to our room was not vacuumed the whole time either. The pool deck is not washed daily and debris was blown off walkways with gas blowers into sand areas instead of cleaning it up. No free movie features in the room from Universal was disappointing. Average property and cleaning standards need improvement.

Cabana Bay never disappoints. Excellent resort with tons to do & a variety of food options, including a Starbucks and Shake restaurant. Loved our stay and will be back.

It was nice

Person threw up in the pool the life guard was notified they called the manager over they looked at the pool and nothing was done. They didn't even tell anyone to get out of the water. This was disgusting

Great experience

Cabana Bay Resort is very family friendly. I’ve stayed at this resort 3/4 times and each has been very pleasant. Cabana Bay is always my first place to stay when vacationing in Orlando.

Everything works, even though mostly service. Clean and fun.

I loved all the different different food options - the early admission for Islands of Adventure was great! Wish I could have stayed longer to experience Volcano Bay.

No hot water in the room after a long day of park no hot water with kids super awful

Been coming here for the last 5 years its a Great location to Universal. Property is safe, clean and quite. Pool stays open til 11pm great for after the parks. Food is good but should change the menu each day. ALot to do on the property has 2 pools, slide, hot tubs, lazy river, bowling alley and game room. Downside is the parking lot gate always have trouble trying to get in or out of the lot there is always a line of cars because of this. Staff is very easy to communicate all you have to do is text and they reply right away with your needs. You can take the free shuttle to city walk or you can take a nice boat ride from the sister property across the way.

Conveniently close to volcano bay but far away from being clean or comfortable. From an American cockroach in the room to the back breaking beds, expectations were not met.

How quite it was

I didn’t like that my room was so far and had to walk a long way just to get to it. I also didn’t like that in the pool for lazy river we had to pay for a tube and with a big group and 5 children we weren’t able to go because of the prices and didn’t get to go :( my babies were so sad. I feel that should be included as much as we paid to stay there and also the hotel should provide some sort of transportation to the rooms since it was so far on the other end! Also the dining area needs to stay opened later!

This is our third stay and always have a great time staying there.

A really great resort! The pools, gym and restaurants are awesome.
