The communication with us, the guests was terrible. The checkout is too early and the hosts are not very friendly.

The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys.

Easy to get around from this area, not as populated as Bellagio or Varenna. Easy access to ferry. Great location with amazing views of Lake Como!

The Lenno Residence offered us a spacious modern apartment. We enjoyed the huge terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrella and table, allowing for outside meals. (Room R22) The building is new, modern (including an elevator). The kitchenette is well stocked and offerns the basics in regards to appliances. (no microwave). What was missing was a decent coffee maker. The pool and gardens besides the residence was great. The check-in is in the main building down by the waterfront (5min walk). We had dinner down at the main hotel which was sensational. Only drawback was loud neighbours on one of the evenings. Bzut that is nothing concerning the hotel quality directly.

The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno

Our room had a lovely patio and view of the lake. It was a very nice stay. Plenty of room to spread out.

I can’t wait to go back. If I ever do it will definitely be at Residence Lenno or their hotel.

Lovely property right in the middle of picturesque Lenno, a great location to enjoy restaurants and swim in the lake. The ferry service is only a short walk from the apartments - services to Bellagio & Varenna are frequent. The apartments are clean, comfortable & fully equipped with everything needed. The pool and garden area is fantastic for a swim & glass of wine. I would highly recommend this property for: Families & couples looking for budget friendly properties on Lake Como.

The apartment we booked was clean, spacious and it had everything that we needed. :) The sofa bed coupd have been made more comfortable cos my friend complained about being on the uncomfortable side. Fortunately, they provided extra comforters. The staff were nice and accommodating. :)

We had a very nice time staying at residence lenno. The pool was nice though I wish there were more towels available. The rooms were spacious and clean. I also liked that I could exchange currency at the main hotel front desk. That was very convenient. Overall I thought it was a good value for the price and convenient location close to shops, the ferry, and restaurants.

We had a very pleasant stay at these apartments. The location is great with parking available on site. The apartments were very central in Lenno and within easy walking distance of the restaurants and bars. We had a nice private balcony with access off it to the pool which was very handy for the kids. The beds were comfortable and we had enough kitchenware provided to be able to cater for ourselves when needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Check in is in Albergo Lenno hotel. If you’re without a car, go to Albergo Lenno Hotel. It is not very clear from instructions. The stay is great! The pool is awesome. There should be an email notification to guests.

The weather wasn’t great on our stay, but this apartment is perfect if you plan to stay for a few days when it’s nice and sunny. there’s a private pool which would’ve been nice to spend the day at, less than a half hour walk from villa del balbianello. comfortable beds, very clean, and kind staff. only downside is when we arrived at the residence lenno, we had to walk roughly 10 minutes to the hotel which OWNS the apartments. check in is not at the residence lenno building, even though it looks like there’s a front desk at the place. Would’ve appreciated the stay more if it wasn’t for the bad weather and mixed communication.

Lovely apartment and beautiful location that wasn’t too touristy. We weren’t expecting to have a balcony so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw we had a large one! Main positives: Very clean Great location Well sound-proofed rooms Friendly staff Main negatives: The pool was quite cold and wasn’t heated, but guests do have use of the main hotel’s pool (we didn’t use this and so cannot comment) The pool jet in the photos has been removed The negatives are extremely minor points that did not detract from our stay and we will definitely be returning!

Ver spacious room, spotlessly clean, very nice staff. Bed a bit uncomfy, but still woulsd really recommend.

This property is a short walk from the main hotel. However, the walk is a steep hill. So for those traveling with a luggage, it is best to request a shuttle to help with the pick up/delivery of the luggage. You do have to cross the road, so be careful! There is a cross walk but not all cars will stop. Otherwise, there is a small elevator to help with luggage, cleaning staff is very quick and kept the rooms tidy. Breakfast was at the hotel and there is a good variety of pastries, yogurt, cold meats and cheese and fruit and juices to choose from. Their restaurant was also quite good. Very good stay!

Nice pool and good facilities.

The property doesn’t look to good from the front of the residence, but first impressions are deceiving. We rented one of the ground floor apartments. With a small private patio looking out on the parking area. This didn’t bother us at all because the outdoor area found on the second floor was perfect! You will find a small pool, plenty of seating and sun beds. A grass lawn with a few trees with a bit of shade. The residence is surrounded by some beautiful villas and gardens. It’s nice and quiet if you ignore the grasshoppers in the trees :) Only 400meters to Lenno town square and about 100m to ferry dock. The ferry gives you easy access to the rest of the lake. The only disappointment was the air condition that didn’t really work(but the apartment was still pretty cool) and we complained about a outdoor light flashing all night without any response from the manager. Would absolutely recommend this residence! If you want to sit outside in the evening while the children sleep you better get a upstairs apartment though.

Lovely room walking out on to the pool, very clean and well maintained. Location is great, happy with the breakfast. Room had great air con, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and lovely cleaners! Very happy

There were no check in instructions prior to arriving so walked to the apartment just to read a sign that sent us back to where we arrived from the boat. Extremely unhappy after traveling by train, then boat, in the heat and humidity of the day to walk half a mile uphill just to have to return to the original point. Breakfast was well varied and the room was comfortable and clean.

Nice and clean. Short walk a longside the lake, from recidence to reception and wonderful breakfast.

Small, quiet, bear to promenade, great swimming pool.

Everything was as expected except for the weather . We were there for a wedding and luckily the wedding day weather was fantastic. Either side of that it rained most of the time😡.Apart from that the only slight grump was that we had to check in was not at the residence Lenno but at Hotel Lenno which was a five minute walk away and where we also had breakfast. Room was clean,staff friendly, and would stay there again.
