No frills, but friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds. Good location with ample parking. Very easy public transportation to downtown Vancouver.

Advertise a restaurant but no dinner, fortunately lots of option near by.
Same for the pool, closed, maybe right outdoor pool or something

Overall pretty good. Make sure you use the do not disturb. Cleaners knocked on the door 2x before 10am.

The room was nice. Clean and quiet. There is no microwave in the room and staff don't want you using the microwave provided in the lobby either.

I had to check in last minute for work on the north shore and the person i checked in with was super efficient and nice, and she upgraded me to a king size suite. For the price I was extremely surprised by the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room.

The property was a lot further from the area that I wanted to see so longer and more difficult transportation. Only one place to eat which was expensive and not very good.

Room large. Quiet. Bed comfy. However it’s an old building and it shows. Door handle stuck in the unlock position and bathroom light over sink didn’t work. Just hummed reported to staff so I’m sure they will fix it. Good

Beatiful area, bus transportaion was a 30 second walk away, very clean, staff members were very nice, checkin was easy peasy same with check out. Minor issue with bathroom lights not working, apart from that everything was great. We were very relaxed there and the restaurant was a tad pricey, but the food was very good (breakfast). Nice pool, we didn't use it but kept up very well. Thx

We stayed here as it’s only a short bus ride from our family.
Room with kitchen and lounge are a bit dated but that’s all, very clean, bed and pillows were great, kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook we’re all there along with kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
Pool looked fine although we didn’t use it.
Staff all friendly.
Great breakfast place on site.

The Dutch restaurant had great food, room was clean and quiet. Had coffee maker and small fridge. I liked it, just few minutes away from cruishiip port.

When I booked this hotel, I didn't think the room entrances were from the street. I was worried when I arrived and saw the setup, but I felt safe and had no issue during my stay. I would stay here again.

The property is in reach of Capilano Bridge and Cliffwalk, Grouse Mountain. As well Stanley Park is very close as well best is crosses the Liongate Bridge. The room washroom was small and the sink was outside the washroom. The coffee & tea counter shared the same space. The room didn’t have a microwave but there was a fridge. The room ceiling was recently repaired so you could see it. The breakfast wasn't included in the price, had to pay for it. Overall very convenient location within reach of all the activities.

Hotel was what I needed. Nothing more nothing less. One concern was I noticed a plastic cup cover that was by the in room coffee maker had clear coffee stains on it and had been put back instead of being recycled. That did make me wonder what else may not have been checked or cleaned. Also i found the electrical outlet by the bed to be so loose everything i plugged in tended to not stay plugged in. Check in and check out were smooth and professional.

This place is not worth $300 . Very worn out and run down. TV remote doesn’t work, bathroom door won’t close, and the traffic from the street very noisy.

Convenient location for getting to events downtown worhout over paying. For an older building was it was clean and quiet. Will stay there again.

The receptionist was not polite. On website they mention that they provide breakfast but at the time of check in, she said no breakfast will be served. She doesn’t even smile when talking to customers. And the room stinks like molds. The building is old and u can smell. Parking is so tight. They posted the pictures as if is is a five star hotel.

We left after 2 nights of a 5-night planned stay mostly because of rainy weather, but also because our unit wasn't comfortable enough to stay in while we waited for it to clear.
The staff were super nice, but the rooms are overpriced and the motel is in a noisy, high traffic area. The grounds and units are dated, worn, and musty. The pool is surrounded by the parking lot. The entrance is situated between two traffic lights on one of the busiest roads in North Van. The surrounding area is not very walkable.
Nice, affordable accommodations in North Van are very limited, but we'll stay anywhere else next time.

Great location with easy access to highway, Lions Gate bridge to Stanley Park and downtown and surprisingly quiet given how close it was to some busier streets. The look is a little dated but great staff and really reasonable pricing (for Vancouver) made up for any minor shortcomings

This property is extremely outdated for the price. The noise from the people upstairs were very noisy. The A/C was very antiquated and noisy. Beds were not comfortable. I would never stay at this BW again. Gross and disgusting.
