No air conditioning in 37 degrees and the plumping in the bathroom made loud groaning noises! The shower was very weak

Fantastic location in the centre of Ascoli off the Main square- Piazza del Popolo with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely spacious room and big bed. Fridge in room and tasty breakfast. The most helpful ladies at the front desk-Veronica in particular went out of her way to help me organise hair and mail appointments for a wedding I was attending.

The air conditioning unit was working but not particularly cold in room #27?! Also I mentioned that the shower hose was leaky but a new one never appeared?! Lucky I needed to go to he hairdresser anyway as the shower power would not be sufficient to rinse thick hair as it stands.

The concierge was exceptional. We had a room that wasn't clean and she upgraded us to a suite. She was very apologetic and did not need to be that accommodating.

Hotel needs an update of facilities. The furniture and bathrooms were a bit shabby.

This hotel is perfect for a stop in Ascoli. It is 5 minutes walking from Ascoli’s main square. The historical building completes your experience. Rooms are clean and breakfast os delicious.

No shower only a hose in tub.

A 16th century town palace. A large and comfortable room with a high beamed ceiling In the centre of a beautiful town - only a few minutes walk from the Piazza del Popolo and even less from a small restaurant serving excellent local food and wine (Il vinatierre)

Nothing we didn’t like- but a word of advice! It is in the pedestrian zone (access to hotel allowed) with small streets, so don’t even think of driving a large car or SUV there!!

The staff was really very friendly and helpful. The structure of the building (an old palace) is very nice. The location is excellent.

The maintenance of the building was quite poor. Old and a bit stuffy furniture, cheap floors and low quality refurbishing. The shower was not working properly. The owners are clearly not interested in investing into their hotel.

Quite rare that reality is better than ratings or photos - here it definitely is.

Nice to be a few footsteps from the beautiful city center market place. You really never need your car for a 1 day stay and all interesting places close to eachtother

Breakfast was poor but lets be honest we are in Covid19 times too so they did their very best.Possibilities to enjoy a breakfast on a terras in the itty center too
