We chose Stelle hotel as it was close to Garibaldi station. You can walk through the station right into a foyer brings you right in front of hotel reception.
A warm welcome from the receptionist we stored our bags as we arrived very early and headed off to the city centre to explore.
The hotel itself is pleasant, rooms were clean. Shower and toiletries were ok.
No free bottled water and two tea bags supplied we asked for a few extra.
Breakfast was fine not overly exciting too much cake and not so much savoury.
Staff member was helpful with the drinks machine, fruit juice was watery.
As mentioned a good base for the station but the area is not too pleasant. We didnt want to drag our suitvases to far and used the airport bus.
Several restaurants around but mostly snack bars. Definitely recommend the hotel for its convenience for traveling onto Ercolano for Herculaneum or further for Pompeii.

The room was clean, the service was great!
The location is really good, we needed to be close to the train station so it was perfect.
The only thing that I didn’t like it was the ac since you couldn’t configure it as you wish, the humidity was bad inside the room and we could put the dry mode in the ac but it wasn’t possible to change it. And the breakfast could be so much better! It was really poor and bad quality, old food… anyway I would recommend it coz the room was confortable, big and super clean, and the price was good as well!

Property was just okay, met our needs- rooms were clean but bathrooms had mould and water damage on the wall on the bedroom because of a leaking aircon. Area around is pretty scary- not much around have to walk about 20 mins to get to the busier city areas. Convenient if catching train though. Overall average

This hotel is very convenient to the train station and not far from the airport. It is easy to get there if you take the Alibus from the airport to the train station. It is then just a 5 minute walk.
The hotel itself was clean and the staff is friendly. There are several options for food nearby. The air conditioning works!
The area around the hotel is not the best but also not the worst.

At the first step a huge cockroach welcomed us on the bed, so we left the hotel immediately. Staff were helpful and understanding, they admitted the problem (we pictured, anyways), but had nothing to do.

Front desk staff unfriendly (how much does a smile cost?). Area not safe - don’t go out walking by yourself and be alert. Surrounding area dirty - we walked to find lunch place and almost stepped on human pooped!! on the sidewalk.

There was a cockroach in my room. Which I could have forgiven as it’s an old building. But the lock on my door looked like it had been broken and there wasn’t a second lock beside the key card operated one. As a woman travelling alone in a dangerous city this is unacceptable

The walls were thin and could hear people in the next room. They were up till 1am and we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was very basic, coffee machine was broken and lukewarm water for tea.

I chose this hotel due to the relatively close location to airport, and 4 starts status. Upon check in, the front desk person had a big frown on his face and acted like I was bothering him when I asked where is a convinent place to eat around here.
The hotel room is old and small. There is zero sound proof, and area is dirty, and I did not feel safe walking around. Luckily I only stayed one night, and got outta there.

During our check in it was not informed to us that we have to ask the front desk to turn on the air conditioner. After we figured that out and had them turn it on it was very loud and didn’t cool the room until 8 hours later. We had 2 rooms. This was the same situation for both rooms (403 and 402). Also we only had 1 bed sheet on our bed, no comforter or any other bedding.

The room was surprisingly nice and big. The location is good just five minutes from the central station. Breakfast was average but was sufficient for my needs. The juices were from a machine, I prefer fresh juices.

This property was chosen due to quick access to train station. Also there is a grocery market within reasonable walking distance. Breakfast was nice to give a nice start to exploring Napoli. Bear in mind that location is next to central train station so you will encounter many homeless people. Room was nice with minor issue at checkin that was resolved but I would have no problem staying here again.

I got to the Hotel around 2. Was hoping to grab dinner at the restaurant only to find out, they are only open for lunch. This should be stated in the description.

Room is clean but shower stall have a little mold on the glass side. otherwise in hotel in general is very good. outside & within hotel is kept well. Further down the hotel is very dirty. Overall, will not mind staying at Stelle again.

This was a great property for a quick night to transfer from train to airport or vice versa. It was clean… a bit dated in decor… but convenient. Staff was very nice. I did not feel safe walking outside after hours.

The location was very good, within walking distance from the port, city centre, and most other key tourist sites in Naples. The hotel was excellent, the service great, and the rooms pristine. Highly recommend!

Reserved deluxe room with balcony. Got a plain handicapped access room.Complained but was told that’s all they had.
With proof of reservation, we were upgraded with apologies to a better room.

The area around the property was so unclean and so unsafe. We are 3 women traveling and didn't feel safe leaving the room after we arrived. Everything was closed as it was a Sunday. No options for dining. The wifi in the room did not work. Apparently the server kept going down. The AC leaked so bad it created a puzzle on the floor that i slipped and fell on.

Perfect for what i needed. A convenient location to get to all the great places i wanted to go to. Every morning a complimentary breakfast with the best chocolate croissants ive ever tasted on planet earth, and im not lieing.
