The hotel doen’t deserve 4 stars at all. The quality of the shower I can even describe so musty and the bed cover is a disaster with yellow stains and stains all over it as if it is not washed. I do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine at the property, no issue. Public parking is a bit hard to find, but it makes up for it by having paid private parking and the fact that the metro station is max 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Our first room was so small it didn’t even fit our luggage and there was black mould all around the shower base and long black hairs on the towels so we asked them to change room. They brought us to our second room, which was a little bit bigger but again the shower had black mould all around the base. So we asked them again to change rooms and they finally put us on the ninth floor, where they said all the rooms were renovated. This room was larger, cleaner and had no mould in the shower. The service at reception was very good. They accommodated us with the changing of the rooms, but this hotel is situated in a poor area, which will make me never ever want to go back to this area in Milan.

Overall ok hotel in the industrial area. Small rooms and dorty walls but ok over all.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be decent overall, but with several notable issues. Positives: Location: The hotel is perfectly located, just a 4-minute walk from the Bignami metro station, which is very convenient. Negatives: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The carpet was in bad shape, and the walls and corners of the room were not well-maintained. It wasn't the worst experience, but definitely not up to standard. Payment Issues: I chose the "pay at the hotel" option, but the hotel still deducted €100.65 from my account before my stay. My total was €105.65 for one night, so this was unexpected. The hotel explained that the deduction was a card check and that the money would be refunded after check-out. While this may be standard practice, I've never encountered this issue at other hotels with the same payment option. Moreover, the "pay at the hotel" service cost an additional €10-15, which I found misleading. It's been two days since my check-out, and I still haven't received my refund. Additionally, a week after booking, the hotel attempted to deduct another €100 from my account. I called the reception, and they refunded the second deduction, but no clear explanation was provided. This felt quite shady. Overall Experience: While the location is excellent, the issues with cleanliness and especially the payment mishandling make it hard for me to recommend this hotel. It was decent for a one-time stay, but I wouldn't return or suggest it

Great modern hotel 2 mins walk from the metro line that takes just 10 mins into Milan centre, not a lot around the hotel but a great bar round the corner Toast the Coast has great food and drinks with live music. Also a Lidl across the road for pastry breakfast. Well priced accommodation and worth staying out of the centre of Milan for the price and just a 10 min journey

The staff not welcoming and not helpful, and the room no AC and the water chargeable!? I tried to contact the receptionist but no answer and I went down to ask for maintenance, they come but without fix it! I booked 2 rooms and they put us not in same floor, I will never ever book again in this hotel, it was I mistake to stay a night in this hotel.

Dirty, filthy, moldy, just downright unclean carpets were dirty and stained shower was moldy and just did not feel safe using it. The neighborhood did not feel safe whatsoever. Nothing good to say about this place.

The problem was the booking made through You. We reserved with breakfast included but at the moment of the check in we suddenly was informed that breakfast was not included. On the App was written including breakfast!

Unfortunately, this hotel has very poor management. Upon arrival, we encountered a very unpleasant smell in the room and the corridors, which was related to the wall paper that was installed recently, and they did not even open the windows in the corridors to solve the problem. The reception either did not answer the phone or they picked up the phone with a long delay.

Excellent Hotel,friendly staff and superb service

Very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable bed and room. Location is good, not close to the touristic area but easily reachable by metro line 5. Shower had no glass nor door so after taking a shower all the bathroom was wet, does not matter how careful you were. I dont know if all the bathrooms are like this.

We enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is near station which is less than 5mins walk. Lidl is nearby which is less than 5mins walk. We booked double room where the shower area was small as it was standing shower area. No bath tubs. Also, the bed mattress was not a double bed one but it was two single joined together, which was unusual. Also the alarm/smoke detector is above your bed, where at pitch dark you can see light flashing. Apart from these the stay was ok with friendly and good services.

The hotel was new and very clean, the room was comfortable and well furnished. Nearby the hotel there is a shopping center with several restaurants, It is less then five minutes by walking from the hotel. At night there is not much people around, so you need a car or a cab. I was visiting my son who lives nearby so for me was easier. The subway to reach downtow is not far from the hotel (10 min. walking, then some 25 five min. to Duomo)The ratio price/comfort was excellent for that day.

Great hotel to stay in Milan for the budget traveler.

They are very helpful and professional and also a restaurant for dinner or a snack. There is a mall close by for any needs you may have and a wide variety of eats!

Check in staff were good but the bar/kitchen staff were horrible. Didn’t let us warm food up and were not helpful. It’s a basic hotel if you’re hardly in it. Bed wasn’t good and the covered were not even covers. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to anyone

My stay was amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is close to 2 shopping malls within walking distance and Lidl near by. Metro station 3 min walk great for getting around. I travelled on my own and felt safe staying at the hotel and walking around. The only disappointment is there were no English speaking channels, hundreds of channels but all Italian.

The quality was very good for the price during our 3-day trip. friendly service.

Overall our stay here was very good. The staff were very accommodating. Hearing in our room seemed to have a mind of its own and stayed on regardless but one chat with the front desk and they switched it off and opened our window. 2 small things about the room would be maybe an addition of a tea and coffee station would benefit. Also no coat hooks but these only minor. Although the outside and area looks off putting I would recommend. Great access to metro and shopping village 5 mins walk away. Pleasant stay

The Hotel is 2 minutes away from the Metro, it takes you 10 minutes to get to the city with the Metro, so the location is perfect. The area around the Hotel is not the cleanest, but it seems to be a safe neighbourhood. The Hotel is located next to a busy street, but the windows are blocking the sound very well. We had a modern looking room, everything was clean. It was 0 degrees outside but 23 inside the room, the AC seemed to be broken. I asked an employee how to fix the solution, he only offered to remotely shut down the AC. By that the AC won't circulate anymore, but it also won't get cooler. So this wasn't a real solution, I just took my key to unlock the window (they don't have handles) and fixed the solution by myself. Not sure whether they would have given us a new room if I have asked for one. Overall a nice hotel, good location with good prices (200€ for 3 nights for 2 persons).
