Everything was great until we found a used bandaid in our bed that didn’t belong to us.

We love Embassy Suites! No matter where we go we choose Embassy. My only complaint would be the cigarette butts littering the rear parking lot. It looked like someone emptied their ash tray and it wasn’t fun stepping over them to get into my car. It’s definitely not something that would keep me from staying here again. It’s a beautiful hotel.

Visiting family in the Bethany area. Very nice, modern hotel- sleek and beautiful to walk into. Very nice suite. Great breakfast. We’ll be back!

We stayed at this hotel during a long weekend as part of a road trip. The area is surrounded by business buildings and was very quiet over the weekend. There are no malls or stores nearby, so having a car is convenient for shopping and dining, though it’s a bit far but still walkable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious.
Breakfast offered a good variety, and the omelette I ordered was delicious. We were in the middle of a long trip and were able to get a good rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Love embassy suites. Great breakfast and pool. In need of some maintenance, bathroom in room a bit shabby, pool had some graffiti scratched in and no hot tub. Over all nice would go back

Check in was a breeze, the breakfast Buffett had decent options, enough to fill your belly.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff.
The only minor complaints are the AC/Heat controller is pretty confusing and the shower drain is slow.

Rude front dest. House keeping were lazy, they skipped a day of cleaning. Front desk told me to pick up my clean towels myself.On day the did clean they made only one of the beds..

Check in was a breeze, getting up to our room was easy, even without directions from the desk, we noticed a tray with discarded food in the hallway outside someone's room and there were clearly dirty forks outside our room, both were still there upon checkout about 20 hours later. Otherwise, the property was great, well maintained, staff was friendly, breakfast was incredible, and we experienced no other issues to speak of. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were not aware of the $12 per day parking fee until we checked out. This hotel is beautiful and comfortable but thd parking fee seems excessive as the hotel is in the suburbs.

Loved the cleanliness and the "happy hour" drinks and snacks. Breakfast is amazing.
Hated paying for parking (it's a business district, so nothing even around to justify).. but we loved it and will be back.

Very clean, quiet, and friendly hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet. The only things I wish were better were having a towel bar in the bathroom (there was none) and being able to recycle. The laundry facility is excellent.

The hotel was centrally located to my needs while in the Hillsboro area and came highly recommended by family members. I froze all night for 3 nights, as I could not turn the a.c. down. No towel racks for wet towels. I mentioned this to the front desk and was told this hotel doesn’t have them. Every hotel needs towel racks!! Altho the room and bathroom were very large, there was absolutely no place for wet towels and we never had maid service for 4 days to empty the trash cans.

I booked it because it was close to where i wanted to be, but honestly didn't end up staying there. The tub was chipped, the room was dark. The toilet paper looked a bit moldy (purple spots). I unrolled a new one that they provided instead. My daughter did not feel safe on the first floor so we asked for a higher floor which they accommodated us. Staff was nice :) bed was comfy.

We were impressed at how clean and nice the property was as soon as we walked in the door. Beds were comfortable and the room was comfortable for a family of 6. Room service came while we were out and replenished and cleaned. The only thing I was unsure about when we got there was the parking fee but it looked like there might be one when we looked online so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Hotel is very clean and room is well laid out and comfortable. Ice machines on every floor next to elevator so easy to find. The included breakfast is amazing. Everyone is friendly and there is plenty of parking.

This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?

I don’t like the price of an Embassy Suites but the service, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience of them makes it worth it. The rooms seem small for what it is. But the rest of the hotel makes up for it. I’ve never done laundry at a hotel before either but this Embassy Suites was convenient and the washers didn’t smell like really strong detergents (like you’ll find at laundromats). Breakfast was not only delicious, but the staff were constantly refilling items and making sure we were taken care of. We did have to pay for parking here, which was inconvenient. But we only stayed one night, so I didn’t let that bother me. We would definitely stay at this one again.
