the available family suite fit our needs for the weekend perfectly... we were impressed by the size, cleanliness and the stock of dishes and other amenities of a full kitchen including microwave, stove, and refrigerator... overall a fantastic visit...

Very nice owner and manager. Immediately accommodated our needs. Very nice and clean room. Maid was friendly and helpful. Great location. Right next to entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We will stay here again next year.

The place was nice, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Had a nice mountain feel to it. The balcony was nice and view of the mountains were amazing. Restaurant next door was good.

It would be nice if they would tell the guests on the second floor/upper level to follow the quiet time strictly. For three consecutive nights, we experienced the noise of loud chatters and heavy feet from the guests on the second floor from 10 pm to 12 midnight. We had to put on AirPods so we could get sleep. And, yes, I informed the front desk lady on the third night, hoping we could get a quiet time, but it was the same noise we got.

This is an older property but very clean with nice beds. Excellent location near park with nice dining options close by for breakfast and dinner

It was great except for traffic noise from main road and construction.

We had a nice time here. Some of the posted pictures are deceiving. It’s in an okay area that is close to almost everything. It is clean but very small. Bed was not comfortable for us. Service was very good and accommodating. Next time we come we would stay in the mountains though.

Only shortcoming was no Continental breakfast. Stopped at a coffee place,close by, The Birds Nest, thankfully open at 7 am!

I attempted to cancel my reservation well before the cutoff, the hotel refused to cancel the reservation, and Expedia was not Competent enough to do it.
I'm not sure how the hotel thought forcing you to stay there would be beneficial further company

This is very nearby to Rocky Mountains. You will enjoy sunrise and beautiful mountains around. Room was clean and has all basic amenities. Recommend for stay.

We were in a downstairs room and could hear a lot of noise from the room above us. Lots of heavy footsteps, etc. The property is clean and convenient. I did not see a view that matched the picture on their listing. There is a decent view of a small mountain across the highway. The bed was comfortable.

The inside was okay, good for the price. It was average in just about everything. The outside is very run down looking, and we got a bit nervous about how the inside would look when we pulled up. Overall, decent. Would stay again if needed, but would likely opt for something a bit nicer. We only stayed one night after staying somewhere else in Estes the rest of the week. The prices were the same but the other place was much more enjoyable. You can do better for the price, but I’m sure you can do worse.

Great location - super close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and easy to get in to downtown Estes Park (construction is still going on).
Very clean room and bathroom.
The AC was obnoxiously loud like lots of paper crunching constantly but luckily it was cold enough at night so we didn’t need it on too much. Overall we would stay again!

Convenience to RMNP is top feature, room was clean and staff was nice. This is a 2 star motel built 60 years ago that operator is doing all they can with.
It was fine and everything worked and bed was comfortable. Property sits between east/west roadway so you will hear it. Very convenient to park main entrance.

This was a nice stay, and the room was clean. However, the air conditioner rattled all night long, keeping me up. It sounded like a plastic bag was stuck in the vent.
