Although we paid by credit card through the program, they still requested payment at the hotel. We tried for half an hour to explain this. Also, the staff was very disrespectful and even though we asked for a room with a view and on an upper floor, they gave us a ridiculous room with a tiny window facing the opposite wall. I definitely do not recommend it, I regret it.

The hotel was OK. I personally dislike modern decor in dark colors. The room only had a small window making it feel even darker.

It was just wonderful. The weather was terrible hot near 40º but didn’t let us enjoy this beautiful city. It was great after visiting the city, return to the hotel to rest so comfortable. A little far from the center but easy to get by taxi, tram or bus

The rooms were nice however the service in the hotel bar was lacking. Menu was okay but nothing spectacular. Had to find the bar staff each time we sat down even though it wasn’t busy.

Excellent property, decent location, concerns with access to the hotel, hosekeeping and breakfast lacked convenience and satisfaction. Family rooms were nice and checkin was convenient

Absolutely fabulous hotel, from the moment you step into the foyer you feel welcomed. The room was amazing, location perfect (just off the freeway 5 minutes) and the service and staff were first class.

There is nothing nearby except a highway. So this disadvantage means that taxis are never more than 2-3 minutes away. The nearest attraction is a good 30 minute walk, but like me if you are there on business it’s perfect. Totally recommended. Love that the waiter at breakfast remembers me and keeps providing off menu omelette options from my usual cheese and onion.
