Upon arrival we were told we had no reservation on the books. Although we had confirmation & itinerary numbers, they claimed first we had no reservation, then incorrect dates & finally that our reservation had been cancelled. Originally said nothing they could do. After pushing to speak to management we finally were given a room at a sister hotel. We traveled with other families so this was very inconvenient and a waste of 1.5 hours of our time. With no protection against something like this happening again, we will never stay at StayBridge or book again through hotels.com. I was shocked at the lack of customer service & lack of attempt to make things right. What’s the point of making a reservation a month in advance only to show up & be told it doesn’t exist even with multiple email confirmations. UNACCEPTABLE & RIDICULOUS.

We enjoyed our stay and always like staying at the Staybridge Suites facilities. Our observations this visit were that 1) the paint was chipping off the floor of the shower 2) water from the shower/shower door always made a big puddle on the floor, and the towel mat usually stayed soaking wet 3) room service was available only during the week, but we did not see this posted anywhere onsite, so we ended up calling the front desk.
Otherwise, we had a nice visit. The facility was quiet, clean, and convenient for our needs.

Price gouging by hotel for a football game. Mattress was worn and uncomfortable. Cheap thin towels that look to be years old. Air conditioning units never seem to work. Room was humid and warm.

Good location for campus and restaurants. Has gotten a little pricey, though, and can't manage to always have orange juice at breakfast buffet.

I highly recommend this property if you’re staying in College Station. The hotel is clean, quiet and has all the amenities you need. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was great and the location was perfect. There are restaurants and shopping available right across the street if you needed anything. I would not hesitate to stay at this location again as it was a perfect choice. The breakfast was great too!

I like the room set up. The staff when they were available were nice. The AC unit in the room was terrible. The hallway didn’t see to have any air conditioning at all. Aside from the coffee, breakfast was awful.

For the nightly rate I was disappointed with this Staybridge hotel. Room had a musty smell from the A/C unit, no ice machines on the floor, and not located in a very nice area.

Overall stay was good. Was there for graduation weekend for niece. Only complaint was when we went down to eat breakfast, we tried to get a plate and was told its close till 7:30. We were 7 minutes early as we had to rush and leave for graduation. Everything was ready but they wouldn't let us get a plate 7 minutes early. Its ridiculous considering I paid over $1,200 for the weekend for a 2 bedroom suite there and I cant even eat breakfast that I paid for 7 minutes early.

Not quite the experience that I had last year at this hotel. Front desk staff was not super friendly or helpful. Was told housekeeping did not work on the weekends so I had to walk down to front desk to get towels (which they were not too happy about) and the shower leaks. For the price I was paying expected a better experience. Probably won't be back.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to see the eclipse and we were very pleased with the room! The beds were super comfortable and we loved having a full kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff was fine, room was just okay. The temperature was either too hot or too cold while not even touching the thermostat. The biggest problem for me was the roach we saw scurrying on the kitchen floor. We were worried about bringing one home with us.

I have plenty of pictures of all the bugs we killed and hair and dirt in our room. The lady checking out behind us this morning as we were trying to beg them to clean up the rooms said she found a flashlight in her bed. She was leaving immediately because that meant the sheets hadn’t even been changed between guests! This place is so so so gross! It needs to be shut down for fumigation from the City of College Station.

We stayed for 2 nights and did not have hot water to shower and shave. Also the room temperature gauge was not working properly and it was freezing outside and cold in our room.
When I mentioned this to the front desk they apologised that they only have 2 water heaters for the whole hotel and when it gets full they always have this problem.
If I knew this I would not have stayed there.

The hotel was very clean. There seemed to be someone cleaning something in the hallways, elevator and public bathrooms all the time. It appeared to be an older hotel that had a complete remodel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, especially the yogurt bar was very good, too.

Noon checkout: other properties checkout by 11 made for a rushed morning. Amazing positive difference having an hour to relax after a full night out at Santa’s Wonderland. Definitely will choose Staybridge for next visit. Breakfast was “ok”. Waffle good. No bacon 😟. Breads dry & hard. Closed at 9, too early.

This Hotel has no good customer service. We got a room with an insect nest on the curtains, tore couch, and broken drawers. They then moved us to another room that had a insect nest on the curtain. They just came in and took it off and moved on

Great service and a wonderful space for a big family. We have a family of six and were happy to find a hotel that had accommodations for our number of people. The kitchen is was an added bonus that included cooking space and fully stocked kitchen!

The hotel was very clean and very nice. Enjoyed the spacious living room area and kitchen along with the nice size of the rooms. I was very pleased with our stay. Will stay again. If I had to say any one thing about something I would change, the bed was a little too firm for my taste, but other than that I would definitely stay again.
