Great place to relax after working all day do a little gambling. And they even had horse races going on yesterday afternoon.

I had to change rooms three times during my weekend stay. The first room they gave me was a dirty room that someone had just left from. Second room smelled like sewer or gas that was unbearable to even stay in. The third room was good.

great stay. Loved options having something in hotel to do(bar and casino) only downfall was lot of smoking in casino.

The carpet was very dirty. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The conditioner unit was extremely loud.

They lied to me about having A pool.. I reserve my room too much before my arrival date and ask them if they had a pool and they said yes... when I got to the property they told me they did not have a pool...

Hotel and Casino were Hot !!!! Everyone was melting couldn’t sleep because of the room being hot. Curtains are dirty and no shampoo or conditioner in the shower ! Horrible will never stay again

It was ok was there at 3pm and was told would be charge a fee for early check in . To wait 30 mins and room would be ready . Hotel lobby hallways were really hot room was ok temperature after ac was on for a bit.

I checked in and got my room keys. Went to the room, keys didn’t work. Went to front desk. They did their thing and sent me back. I went back and still it didn’t work. So now they came with me and still ain’t work. They finally decided to give me another room.

We requested late checkout yet had someone open our room without knocking at around 10am. Again at around 11, someone knocked and almost opened the door but my husband beat them to it. Also, the restroom was full hair along the edges.

My stay at Zia Park was pleasant, as always. The woman check-in was informative, kind, and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable the water pressure was awesome in the shower and the continental breakfast was great. Lots of options. I would definitely recommend this place

The stay was okay- the parking lot was real full and we got there 20 minutes early but front desk said we had to wait till exactly 4 :(

[Property is old. Service in Gasino is not good. Machlnes are programed to take money. Giving is limited.

The hotel was great! The casino the air conditioning was not working and it was very hot

The room needed repair which I hope house keeping would have reported. But the wall paper on a wall in the bed area seams were curling open all the way up on two seams same wall. Caulking around the toilet looked like a 8 year old did the work. Mold was on the ceiling next to the exhaust duct in the bathroom. Wood Furniture was banged up needing repair and stain.

Checked in Thurs; out Sunday and housekeeping never stopped by even though it was requested twice by me; once by friend in other room. Upon check out is when we were notified housekeeping only visits after one stays a full 3 days.
Can't drink in casino. (Should be advertised for out of state visitors)
No pool.
Only comp continental bfast.
I point out the last two as part of our party stayed at Best Western and they had a pool, and Full comp bfast. Not continental.
