I haven’t mentioned specific prices or room rates; There is no profanity; I haven’t referenced any personal information. If you’re going to censor my comments below, which are factual and truthful; in favour of the hotel, then it’s clear to me where your priorities lie and you’re not interested in your users/customers experiences. This, and the huge change to your Rewards Program, is going to have a negative impact in the way I use your service going forward. Take a look at my account, and my past and future bookings. Do you really want to lose my business? I use hotels every single week, but I’m happy to go elsewhere to book. You need to remember, there are other hotel booking services out there that are either on a par, or better than yours. ——————————— I've heard of hotels charging a supplement for a single use occupancy of a double-room, but I've never been charged a supplement for having 2 people stay in a room. Specifically when that room is designed for 2 people to stay in! Ludicrous and another scam. Probably won't use this hotel (or chain) again.

Great location

A good location within line of sight of Watford Junction railway station.

As you walk in the hotel is well presented, nice lobby and bar area. Staff were ok, the usual hello not over and beyond. Bar and breakfast area was clean and well presented. The room itself was dated and can be done with a makeover. Otherwise, it's not a bad stay.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel at all. The air conditioning did not work. We notify the stuff immediately. After 4 hours there was still no solution. We notify again, and again, no solution. Finally, at 10:00 pm, after we showed our strong dissatisfaction, they offered us another room. However, the air conditioning in that room would turned itself off every two hours. We went to this hotel to get a much needed sleep before a ten hours flight but left there more tired than we were before. If you want to test, stay away from this place.

Stay here once a year for easy access to train station to London. Hotel also has parking. Room comfy with what we need for a short stay. Breakfast always seems chaotic on the weekend we are there waiting for table and waiting for breakfast items to be replenished. The downside of the room which i mention every year the room safe is on the floor and not accessible to some of us.

Great hotel, friendly staff nice and comfy and really convenient. Easy transport into central London.

Nothing younique

The hotel was very clean and with an impressively large bathroom. It was quiet, had plenty of pillows, and is right next to Watford Junction train station, which was extremely convenient. A great, comfortable stay!

The hotel offers excellent service and the staff is very accommodating. There's ample parking available. However, the property appears slightly outdated, and the rooms are somewhat small, likely due to its prime location. Additionally, there were noticeable scale stains on the faucets, which could be easily remedied. Personally, I'm not a big fan of carpets in hotel rooms. The carpets here seemed worn out - a thorough steam cleaning of the carpets in each room would significantly enhance the comfort level of the hotel. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience during my 3-night stay was very good.

Excellent staff

I was frustrated when I was denied breakfast even though I had paid for it when I got my ticket, so we ended up eating at the airport, but that’s frustrating since I paid for it and the system said I didn’t. I contacted the property through Expedia, but did not hear anything yet.

Can't fault this hotel on anything at all, we had a crisis and needed an ambulance at 2h00am and the staff were amazing. food was great, reasonable and breakfast was lovely too. Super impressed. will definately be back.

Ideal location, clean room and good breakfast choice

Arrived after check in time and room not ready. Given another room. Bathroom extractor fan not working. Good facility in room . Breakfast good choice and staff friendly. Very noisy in early morning, binmen ,laundry delivery, car alarms going off.

Good hotel very close to train station - 20mins to Euston. Parking £8 overnight. Good option on outskirts of London

We stayed in Watford for two nights. Went to the Harry Potter Studios. This hotel is in the perfect location to Watford station. Easy walking distance to food and supplies as well.

Good location, good bar, good breakfast. It provided everything we needed at a reasonable price.

Nice clean great locations

Arrived at 8.35pm after just over 2 hour drive. Had booked dinner for us but restaurant closes at 9, felt a little rushed but it was nice enough. Our room was cold when we got there no instructions for the warm air heating could be found after several minutes of trial & error it eventually worked. The facilities in the room were all good. Would have liked some complimentary biscuits with our tea & coffee though. Overall a nice overnight stay.

Very easy check in, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room. Good value for money. We had some drinks and snacks in the evening, which was lovely. Breakfast was also tasty in the morning. Hotel is also very well located a short drive to Harry Potter Studios, and a short walk from the train station.

Really easy to get the station which is only a 25 minute journey to central London

Small room but eveything we needed. Arrived early and checked out late, neither of which were a problem. Friendly staff room and communal areas, bar and lounge all clean and tidy. Nice and hady for the station.

I stay in hotels so over the country for business, but this was a weekend treat away for my wife's birthday, from check in to check out the staff we're amazing, the hotel was bright and clean... great decorations as it was Christmas, very comfortable resting area with tv, video games, booths for private and quite time, games to borrow and a well stocked bar. The bedroom had everything we needed and I'll be looking out for Holiday Inns when next i have to book for business in 2024.
