If you are looking for that million dollar view, this is it. This unit is probably the best I have stayed at on the Gold Coast. I booked a 1 bedroom, but actually was given a 2 bedroom. There are only 2 units per floor, and you have balconies of each of the bedrooms that look out on the Hinterland and a full balcony around the front that looks out on the gorgeous beaches from Burleigh to Surfers Paradise and beyond. You are directly across the road from the beach and short walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Burleigh shopping center. At present there are major renovations going on with the Pacific Hwy, they adding a monorail system, and redoing all the walking paths along the esplanade. So traffic is a little hectic, but doable. The unit itself was very spacious at just under 2000 sq. ft. The only negative would be that it is very dated and really needs a deep clean or remodel. Kitchen was equipped with dishes, cook ware etc. it even had a wok. Just fabulous here with views you can't beat.

Loved the location of this property, easy to get on the M1 to get to theme parks. Just a short walk across the road to get to the beach which was by lifeguards.
Apartment we were in was clean but run down - had to ask to get the main sliding doors to the deck fixed as they didn't actually shut when we arrived (this was done promptly for us the next day). Rattling from doors and windows in the wind. Staff friendly and helpful, loved the heated pool too. Kitchen was fairly new and big with everything we needed.

We had a superior ocean view room very high up, the view is amazing and it’s a lovely area to walk to stores and different beaches. The condo was a bit dated but honestly with those views who cares?? Pool was lovely and looked like a newer addition, enjoyed our stay

Excellent stay! The unit is huge! Big bedrooms huge living area. Lovely high table looking directly at tge beach.
Recently renovated pool and BBQ area. Pool table and indoor spas great. The unit had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, even cocktail glasses! 10min walk to restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

This was our third time staying at Esplanade, and every time it's like 'going home.' My husband and I just love this place. It's airy and light (so many windows with glorious views) and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you can think of but even if you don't want to cook there are supermarkets and eating places nearby. Lastly, the ocean. It's just across the road and even if you don't want to walk on the beach, just sitting on the balcony gazing out to see is an uplifting experience. You won't regret booking an apartment here. It's truly wonderful.

The initial apartment that we booked with Expedia turned out to be a glitch and wasn’t available for the whole sta(booked for 7 nights only had 1 night in apartment), it was perfect.
The second apartment was ok in comparison but not what we had booked, (4 nights)
The remaining 2 nights we had to find a place ourselves.
We are out of pocket as was paid with credit card.
The owners/ managers were to give us a refund. That has not transpired.
We have had no luck getting through to Expedia to discuss problem of the glitch.
We will not be going through Expedia again.. very poor service.

Easy to find, safe off street parking, huge apartment 11th floor, would sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities. Stunning views in all directions. Close to cafés restaurants bars shopping.

We absolutely loved staying here and would go back again next time. Staff were fabulous, location was fabulous. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves. Highly recommended. Plenty of room for a family of 6.

The location was obviously outstanding...but so was the check in and check out process, with the front office staff just lovely and friendly! The property is a bit dated but the size of the rooms was amazing and everything was clean. Will definitely stay again

Everything is walkable.The beach and National Park are stunning. If the weather is not pleasant you can enjoy the spectacular view and the sunrises.

Great location, great amenities, friendly service.
The outside of the building and amenities has recently been refurbished. The apartment had a few damaged appliances and was probably in need of a few updates.
I would recommend this place to others due to its location and the building in general 😊

What amazing accommodation. Great views both to the beach and the mountains which means you got to see the sunrise over the beach and the sunset over the mountains. Waking distance to restaurants and shops in Burleigh Heads or Miami. The new pool is great and the service is always wonderful with a smile!

Amazing stay, we will be coming back again. Great views and location. We stayed on level 9 just above the tree line, we even got to see porpoises jumping from our window!

We were warned about major "external" building maintenance works occurring during our stay, and I thank you for that, but we (I'll wear this one) probably didn't realize the full extent of these, and really the bottle of wine didn't cover what should have been at least a 25% discount..
Over-riding negative was the condition of the apartment itself (No 44), both from age, and from poor level regular cleaning. This probably grinded on us a little more each day as we read the sign posted in the kitchen warning us of a $50 - $100 penalty if we didn't wash the dishes and empty the rubbish before leaving. With these 2 items out of the cleaners duties, I'm really not sure what they do between guests...
Like many of the older Gold Coast apartment's, it really needs a higher level commitment to ongoing major and minor care, or it will progress towards becoming a ghetto satisfactory only to "schoolies" and the most budget minded family.
