The people downstairs, especially at the “treat table” were wonderful.
The shower had only cold water the last day, and the lights were arranged so that I couldn’t see to use the bathroom at night. The “control switch “ controlled too many switches!

Noisy on last night. Party taking place on floor 4 or 5 until 2am. Management didn’t seem to intervene. Room service didn’t turn up on last day. $25 a day parking.

I am extremely upset that a $400 deposit was required when I checked in. I paid 100% before I arrived. I was not told about having to pay an additional $400 on top of the $350 I paid for the room. This is unacceptable.

The area was amazing you can see the views of the Mountain. Front desk very helpful . Daily cleaning of the room is good . Room is clean . However no microwave in your room . You have to go downstairs to microwave your food

From my experience Hyatt is pretty good place so my expectations were high. I booked this hotel over marriot. When I arrived I was told there is $25 cost for parking. This is not clear during booking and email was sent after booking regarding parking cost. Parking is offsite so you have to drive to a garage to park. Not convenient at all. They did waive the fee for parking. Next day, we went for breakfast and was told it’s not included. I received an email the day I booked stating breakfast was included. Upon telling them, their manager did not honor this. Not sure how policies can change over a day. This was really inconvenient for my family. If I knew, I would have looked at other breakfast options or have some snacks. The rates were high enough adding all these additional cost is concerning. Felt like this place is trying to make money by not being honest up front. Not a good feeling and would not recommend using them.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The pool was a hit for our kids, they especially liked how the big doors opened to the outside from the pool room. The room was clean and spacious enough. We paid extra for a Mountain View that wasn’t quite worth the extra because of the larger building being built next door making it more like a partial Mountain View. The bed wasn’t that great and the pillows are flat and very uncomfortable. The worst of it was breakfast. Fried Chicken strips and soggy waffles one day, fried chicken patty the next day. A bowl of fruit that was the same fruit all weekend that went rancid, hard boiled eggs that appeared fine til cracked into and were gross and clearly out too long. For a higher quality hotel the breakfast as absolutely awful. We were also unaware upon booking that parking is $25 per day.
The area is very clean and conveniently located but unfortunately we would not stay here again.

This was an excellent property. The staff was great, the breakfast was great, amenities were acceptable. The in-house bar was underwhelming, but restaurant and bar choices were located nearby. I'd stay here again. It was comfortable and the room was very nice. There was plenty of storage for clothing and and hangar space for whatever needed to be hung up.

Overall as expected. Near a few restaurants and a Whole Foods. Parked on the street right in front which was easy and saved $25/night compared with parking in garage. Would stay there again.

Overall it was fine for a quick weekend trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our first room was missing the blackout shade so we switched rooms. Our second room was missing an ironing board & had 2 huge cobwebs in the bathroom.

This was a great place to stay in Boulder - near things but not in the middle of everything. The safe was exceptional when the heat outside reached record numbers they made sure we and our small children were comfortable and had water.

The power went out at 12:30am and did not come back on until 6:30am when I had to get ready for the airport. In addition, the repairs seemed to be taking place right outside my room. No one mentioned it when I dragged myself to the front desk to check out?? For almost $300 this was unacceptable.

All in all the stay was mid (5 days). We had to pay $4 per bottle of water because we were not Hyatt members? Our room had no microwave which I found strange, it’s $25/night to park in their covered garage, otherwise you have to park on the street and possibly get towed or ticketed at 7am. You have to request house keeping here to get it, we asked twice and no one ever showed up. The power for the entire hotel also went out for about 6 hours, from about midnight to 6:30am.
