Nice resort, good rooms

The hotel is in a great location. I think the only negative point is because you have to pay for the sun bed separately every day. Very expensive for the people that is in the hotel. We thought it was included.

Bad check in and shuttle experience. Club wasn't as good as expected. Food was okay but beach was wonderful! Cheapest drinks on the island. You get what you pay for !

This hotel is good for location and that's it. Its great because its on the beach. The rooms were not clean. Dining options shut down too early. The breakfast was boring and bland.

This was the WORST hotel I have EVER walked into. Our room had bugs, not just one but LOTS along with toenails and dirt all over the floor. We pointed it out and they said they would spray then we can stay in there. We asked for a different room and they took us to another room equally as dirty if not worse and it had a smell that gave me a headache within 10 minutes. I wiped the floor with a wet wipe and it was black from all of the dirt. Went to the front desk to see if we could work something out and they got an attitude and mad at us for complaining that the second room stunk and was dirty. The worst service I’ve ever received from a hotel. I was trying to be nice and they just got so rude with me I was extremely disappointed in their customer service, especially when I asked if we could get somewhat of a refund considering it was for poor living conditions. Safe to say we left after that and found an amazing hotel/airbnb that was clean and cheaper and provided excellent services.

Some of the staff were a bit…creepy. It felt like they were trying to sell us stuff all the time, which was a bit annoying. Also, the hotel driver was constantly trying to stop and have us pay via the ATM, even though we only wanted to use card. Location also not ideal, as it’s far from anything else.

The so called hotel looks like a workers/refugee camp. Our room was a prefabricated white cabin, not terrible, but not what expected, given the price was not cheap. It was full of mosquitoes and spiders. No TV or Internet. Patio just a patch of dust. Beach noisy and daybeds cost extra 25 euro. Do not recommend.

I really liked the bar/restaurant by the beach. The staff is amazing !!!
I did not like the fact that we had to park outside de hotel entrance… since we had a child wasn’t to pleasant.
There’s no Tv, a kettle…small things that makes a difference .
Overall, it was nice.

Just fyi, i thought it was hard to drive in Santorini... but driving to the hotel definitely more challenging

The bad reviews are laughable. There are 2 amazing clubs with parties from 4pm-2am everyday and u expect it to be quiet? The staff is helpful & friendly. The rooms are nice for the location. I never want to leave

Old hotel, which strongly needs a facelift. Aircon is weak, cleaning is not great, to say the least.
Check-in staff is everything but welcoming.
Sun beds are cheap and service there is bad.
Only for party goers who don't get to bed before 2am as the basses from the music are very loud.
Clearly never again.

One word NASTY. Roaches in the rooms, ac barely worked, and facility was overall dirty. Rooms very outdated. Worst place I have ever stayed. Also ants in the room too. Worst experience in all of Greece or better yet the world.

This property for staying is for the young. Beach during the day is awesome and lovely but come 4pm turns into MTV Spring Break. If you’re under 25 think twice about booking. If under 25 and on a budget it’s perfect for you. 👍

Staff was very friendly in general. My air conditioning broke and they tried to blame it on me setting the temperature too low. Idiotic - units are rated to lowest setting 16/60, if it isn’t working it is broken. Staff tried to explain that even a 2C/5F lower than ambient temperature setting was impossible - Ridiculous. (Night temp was 68 F). Roaches all over the property, sick on stomach for 5 days after staying there for 3 starting first day. Go to nicer surrounding hotels, don’t risk your trip to be closer to club

I was beyond disappointed. When i got there not only was the shuttle driver smoking in the vehicle while we were all being transported from port to hotel but also with the front door open, my belongings almost flew out when he took a sharp turn. My mother has bad asthma and this was not acceptable. When e arrived to hotel they attempted to putvme in the last room small corner no balcony looking like a standard room but claiming it's a superior room. I know what i paid for and the pictures you have on Expedia are false. The rooms are horrid, dirty and unfit for the prices they request. I asked if they had any towels for guest to go to the beach, i was told no and what do i expect is only a 2 star hotel. I never experienced such a rude, disrespectful worker in my many years traveling the world. I have used Expedia for all my vacations this trip i have to say was the most disappointing.

Well is a good place but not for family with kids because so guests tuning around naked around the beach. The housekeepers (cleaning) ladies are very friendly and helpful the drivers and everyone who worked this place are friending and do anything to make you feel conferrable. Only guy who work in the office acting a little wired and talking unfriendly. I’ll ll give this place 100% excellent

Avoid Paradise Beach Resort. This was my second time in Mykonos and it was a horrible experience. The reception and staff are extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. It was impossible to get any assistance from the hotel. The sheets were all stained and ants infested the room. The breakfast was poor, nothing was fresh, and all low quality. Most importantly I did not feel safe at this hotel. It was incredibly overpriced- it’s better to stay in a nicer resort or home and take a 2€ bus ride to the beach. This opinion is shared by my entire party.
