This property was cheaper on another website , balcony was not operational, one bedroom was filled with light due to see through blinds

Quiet location which was close to great restaurants, beach & shopping.

Was quite noisy with the Huge Building being built next door. Was dark and could do with an update.

Clean and tidy and central to everything

Close to the beach though as mentioned in the ad, one CANNOT get a look at the water from the property.

Liked the decor. At the moment the high rise development alongside didn’t help. Will be a better site when development completed.

I used to enjoy staying here as it is small and cozy but the construction of a huge skyscraper next door not only had created noise issues but also blocks the sun. I stayed in 2 different apartments and both needed updating. Bedside lamps that wee filthy and falling apart is not acceptable at the prices which have doubled. Regretfully I will be looking elsewhere next year.

The design of the complex did not allow for much privacy

It felt like a resort, despite its age. Management staff were accommodating and it is so convenient to the beach and Broadbeach restaurants, Will stay there again.

It was close to everything and really good value for money with being fully self contained!

Nice and clean apartment. Free parking, comfy bed and only downside pillows were too hard but great value for money and owner was very nice

Great location, close to beach, easy access to Broadbeach and restaurants etc. Good value but, not informed of large building site next door. Quiet during weekend, but some noise during week. (minimal impact for our stay)

Very close to restaurant's beach shopping. Management was excellent, room was spacious and clean.

Overall place was good, I found a few rubbish around the apartment, location was great... some yelling happening by tenants and the property managers not really nice to hear...

Chose this resort for its proximity to Dracula's as we wanted to be able to sample the drinks and not have to worry about driving. The property was a two bed split over two floors and close to major shopping and eating places. On site parking helped and for those who like beach it was a short walk away. Terry was the contact there and he was friendly and honest. Very nice stay and would used again next time we are in OZ and the Gold Coast.

Room needed renovating- carpet was disgusting, couches were ripped. Living space very tiny. Location was great- beach 50m walk and 5mins in either direction to patrolled surf beaches and surf clubs as well as Pacific Fair shopping centre.

The place is near to train Broadbeach South train station and Pacific Fair, the shopping mall.

Montego Sands is in a great location with close proximity to Beach, Surf Club and Pacific Fair. Unit I stayed in was in a very tired condition with frayed carpet, old fluorescent lights which took some time to turn on and the shower head did not stay in the upright position. No particular criticism of the unit or the complex however in my opinion there is much more modern complexes available at the same rates.

This Resort is a gem, it is in excellent condition. the apartment was very spacious and clean. It is in a great location, about a minutes walk to the beach and about 5 minutes walk to public transport and a huge shopping mall. it is in a very quiet location. Glad I stayed there. Next time I am in Surfers this is where I am staying.

Unfortunately our unit was ground floor in a corner and quite dark.

Over all a good stay. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Washer and dryer are modern. Baths are a little dated. Baths have louvered doors and sounds carry into the living room. We were on the top floor and WiFi was not good. There was some weather but I think the problem is more then that. Management is good and it has covered parking

Opened reception hour was short. room has dryer and laundry machine. so towels were not replaced. Pool is littlle bit small. Surfer's paradise is not so close but mermaid beach is very near and Pacific Fair is also close from the resort. Air conditioner and room condition was also good.

Stayed here for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean close to all the major centres and the staff are very polite and helpful. We stayed in apartment number 1 which is on ground floor right next to the pool. Units have everything you want for a great stay and if you require anything else I am sure if you ask Terry or Mia they would be only too happy to help. Will definitely be back, great place to stay and a great price

Great location - 150 metres to the beach and less than 1km to Pacific Fair shopping centre. 1 bedroom Apartment was a good size and very clean. However lobby areas need fresh carpet and repainting to bring it up to competition standard.

Very comfy bed with crisp sheets. Check in was very quick and efficient. The location is ideal with a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre.Unfortunately the apartment needed a good clean. I could write my name in the dust on top of the air con unit on the patio and also the louvres outside and inside were thick with dust. The sofa needed a good airing - every time I sat on it the dust made me sneeze. The top of the bedhead also needed dusting.We would not stay there again due to the lack of cleanliness.

Wonderful location, beach so close, everything you need here for a lovely family break. Lovely managers, quick check in, very accommodating.although it was a quick stay, thoroughly enjoyed it with units very well appointed. Thanks so much, will be back.

great location and nice for a not too expensive stay on the gold coast.

Great apartment with everything needed for a 9 night stay. Very friendly and helpful manager and nothing was too much trouble for him. Great communication and he was quick to reply to all my email questions. Was able to check in late and catch up with him the next day. Apartment was spacious and it was a wonderful surprise that he had put a single bed in so my daughter and myself didnt have to sleep in the same bed or make up the sofa bed every night. Close to shopping, eating out and the main highway for easy driving and only a few minutes walk to the bus and tram stop. Would definitely stay there again. Also booked an apartment for family members which he upgraded for free. Recommend this apartment and manager.

Fantastic position - 1 min walk to beach - across the road from Pacific Fair biggest shopping centre on the Gold coast . 5 mins drive to Surfers Paradise - not far from Burleigh Heads etc - best position - stayed here twice and can highly recommend Montego Sands Resort. Terry and his wife are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble.
