Good location and convenient to drive to centre, but housekeeper did not change the towels, and ants on the bench.

Bathroom needs attention. Mould around shower.

They are large rooms, some facilities are dated, needs work in the rooms

I had a terrible nights sleep by being woken by the sound of an alarm going off from 5am all morning repeatedly from the room next door, paper thin walls and I thought the phone had been left inside my room and I started looking for it (that’s how thin the walls were). Will definitely be staying elsewhere in future.

Needs up grade Bathroom

Not recommend Monday night travelling for work and there were people jumping upstairs from 2-5am - people knocking on doors and swearing at each other.

Pool gate was not secure, bathroom was dirty, ANTS!!

We paid for our family to stay for three nights at a total of $1499! For this amount of money we expected a high quality establishment. Unfortunately I was disappointed from check in, you would think with five people we would get at least two little milks upon check in so everyone can have a hot drink in the morning. But no it was still your standard one, even though we paied extra to have five people? The room itself was a good size with a nice tv. Thats where it ends. Beds- absolutely awful. Great a dishwasher! But no dish powder to use it 🤔 Nice private courtyard, but it had broken plastic chairs with sharp edges, not great safety for our four year old. The shower leaked, the shower liner was all cracked and when we turned the jets on for the ‘spa bath’ it smelled so bad we couldn’t even use it. The toilet wasn’t fixed in place properly and moved. There was some sort of sticky residue all down the cuboard door where the hinges are. There was only three large plates allocated, so our $500 a night didn’t even allow us to all eat together??? And while the pool was lovely the safety lock didn’t even work which meant my four yr old could open it as he pleased, ah what? We decided to leave after only two nights for health and safety reasons. I requested a refund for the last night since we had to pay for a play elsewhere due to the let down of their facilities, but have yet to receive a response. Not impressed.

This motel was really below my expectations for what we paid. Everything was old and worn, with multiple things broken. The receptionist was also never at the desk. It appeared that it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while and huge stains on the carpet, also ants everywhere. No aircon was upstairs, only a tiny fan so it was really hot.

Initial concern that for size of complex and time of year that there didn't appear to be that many guests. However room was clean and cool (30 deg) day. Best night's sleep all week. Probably a little overpriced.

Finding the individual unit not a problem. A little unusual how I was rather left to my own devices rather than ushered to unit. But I had no problem. Person on front desk polite and well mannered.

Property is in need of refreshing, we had broken door handles, broken towel rail, wifi was shocking, stained pillows, the courtyard was overgrown and dirty, broken dining chair and thin blankets

The location is ideal, great. The pool was dirty, our mini fridge was leaking water. The stepping out of spa bath was dangerous, too steep and slippery.

Room was over-priced for what we got. Air bath didn't work. We told staff but no response given. Bad smell in bathroom. Broken parts on bathroom walls. Smoke butts left in tray in courtyard. Courtyard overgrown and unkempt. Outdoor furniture stained with mould. Mould stains on mattress protector. Sign in rooms asks you to do your dishes on leaving which makes me wonder if they are checked for cleanliness. Freezer compartment iced up. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure.

Was a good stay at the property

The toilet seat slipped every time you sat on it. The heated towel rail wasn’t working (on check out I was told there was another switch aside from the wall switch that was needed to operate it) and the floor in the bathroom had black hair over it which could only be seen when the floor was wet. The tv reception was pretty fuzzy and while the note on the tv said to turn it on from the back the switch was actually underneath the tv. Was very disappointing especially given how expensive our 3 nights were :-(

Good for a night stop over. Had the essentials and room was spacious.

Saw a few ants in the room and had a musty stench in the bathroom so unsure how clean it really was and how regular it gets cleaned

Friendly staff who let us check in early. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. The pillows were a bit too firm and thick for my taste. Good value for money.

Didn't like having the bathroom and toilet downstairs as we had to go up and down during night to the toilet.
