Reasonably priced hotel downtown Pachuca. Close to everything

The friendly, warm environment.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was helpful. Only drawback was the parking garage was small & difficult to maneuver in.

The weather was cold, but the room had no heat. The public areas of the hotel were also cold. The included breakfast was high quality and the service excellent. The front desk service was also excellent

The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, would stay again.

Do not be afraid of this 3 rating. If you are looking for an economical place to stay, this is it. The service personnel are on top of their job; willing to di what it takes to please. The hotel building is old, so certain things go along with that, but it is well maintained and the have been noticeable upgrades. The biggest downside, for me were the hard beds (seems all of them are hard). This hotel could easily charge more and be worth it.

Carpet was worn & dirty, bathroom smelled Overall unclean room & noisy Breakfast was ok

They didn't change the sheets or pillow cases when I got there till the next day. The bed was so hard, I had to sleep in the couch the second night.

No parking space for a standard size pick up. I have a Toyota Tundra 5.8L and I was not able to get out of the garage safely as I ended up breaking my side mirrors due to the attendant not opening the doors far enough, then for the rest of the stay I had to pay a parking lot service so I can park my truck, the hotel did not want to cooperate with me in splitting the cost of the parking lot. The staff was very rude. Many times when me and my family walked through the lobby they laughed at us.The rooms are good and clean, a little musty but for the price reasonable, but they could have handle my case more professionally. Also getting in and out of the parking lot during the day is very dangerous due to the amount of traffic. Also its underground so you dont see when driving out, therefore you have to depend on the attendant to walk you out, which puts you at risk and believe me if you hit something or something hits you they will NOT be responsible for anything. I was told You were driving it was your fault.Good luck,

I needed to stay close to a property Im preparing for sale in Pachuca de Soto, Mexico. I selected the Hotel Mision Express based on the reviews from previous guests. The location was optimal, close to transportation,downtown, and most important, to the property of my interest. My stay was very pleasant, I was able to complete my intended tasks, and in general I was very comfortable in my room. One of the best features in this hotel is the excellent breakfast buffet: well prepared Mexican-style selection, from basic-healthy, to full breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, and it varied daily.

Large rooms, no noise, nice staff, close to the main plaza, good breakfast. Nothing wrong with this business hotel.

Our Stay at the Hotel Mision Express was great. We did have trouble with the internet but the hotel staff called in and engineer and he managed to fix the problem. The problem may have been a setting in our computers. The staff was very friendly and courteous. A great stay!
