All the staff were extremely diligent, and helpful particularly Augustin who went the extra mile for our stay. Breakfast was on the whole very good. If I was being critical, the hot food could have been warmer.

Nothing , the location, car parking and the standard of the hotel was superb .

Location and beach were very close to each other. Hotel was quiet and clean.

Unfortunate staff experience near end of stay when greeting clerk accused my wife of leaving garbage on waiting table and it was garbage from a prior guest. Unfortunate.

The hotel location to the beach was excellent. The coffee cafe in the hotel lobby was enjoyable in the morning and the roof top was excellent for evening drinks.

My spouse lost her glasses in the lobby. she left them at a round table in the lounge area. A nice couple turned them into the front desk. It was unfortunate that the clerk at the front desk pulled an empty plastic water bottle from the garbage and asked my wife if she also left that on the table. The bottle was on the table and had been left there by another guest prior to my wife sitting down. That behavior and accusation along with pulling it from the garbage was inappropriate, in addition to being the wrong person.

Rooms were clean and nice. Lots of restaurants in area. Right on the beach. An easy bus ride in to downtown Cadiz. Nice rooftop bar.

The only negative is that the desk staff did not tell us that you had to tell parking lot that you had a discount when you arrived and it ended up costing us a lot more than we expected.

We were a bit worried when we arrived and saw the property from the outside but it was really clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and a good location for the beach and beach bars and restaurants. breakfast was really good.

balcony faced a courtyard and there were no chairs to sit out. it was quite far from the old town / centre. decor was quite dated.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my partner. The location is right in front of the beach and close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small for two people. The staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes slow to respond. The spa was nice, but not very spacious and had an extra charge. The breakfast was good, but not very varied. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not exceptional and quite expensive.

Bathroom with an old shower type. In 2023 in a so called 4 stars hotel. The double superior room is rather small albeit it being pricy. No rooms service. No restaurant. Sold as a sea view but you can hardly see anything at all. I wont be back.

Great location next to the beach. Comfortable beds and good shower. Coffee prep in room.

Bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. The view was disappointing - just looking at other buildings. Strange smell in hotel - not in room.
