Lorenzo & Bernadette made sure we had what we needed for our short stay in Reggio Calabria. Very helpful in arranging reservations and transportation. Many laughs were had, Grazie mille, Pellicano Guest House! Ryan & Jamie Wells

The room was very comfortable and the daily breakfast was very nice. Bernadette was so helpful and pleasant to chat with.

Parking was at time of arrival a bit difficult but later there eas enough parkingplace. Room was very nice and comfy for a solo traveller. Bathroom en suite.

Bernadette was an excellent host as was the owner, a bon vivant. The breakfast was as expected. We were very comfortable and well taken care of.

Basing review on penthouse apartment. Great views with plenty of room. Lorenzo and Bernadette were very helpful and friendly pointing out places to visit and dining options nearby. Also organised transport transfers. May not look like much out front but Penthouse apartment was great. Would stay there next time

The people running this gem are just the best! So accommodating and helpful. They talked us through parking, driving around, good spots in town (in superb English, for what that’s worth), and upgraded the room to a top floor spot with scads of room and an incredible view of Sicily across the sea. The town was hopping, too. Would definitely return!

Great property with a wonderful host that will tell you all of the hot spots to hit and the local specialties. Highly recommend the penthouse for families.

Pelican house is just amazing. The location is perfect, close to shopping street and loads of great restaurants. The place itself is totally renovated with the most modern furniture and bathroom. Never have we experienced a place in Italy were everything works like clockwork. WiFi is very fast and tv has lots of channels. But the best is the staff working the place, from Lorenzo the owner to his assistant Bernadette who will make the most delicious breakfast. The housekeeping keeps it clean daily. They are so helpful and will tell you everything you need to know about Reggio or Italy for that sake. Look no further if you want to stay in Reggio.

The property is a little above the city center and from our apartment we had a great view of the city and the sea from the living areas. Our hostess Bernadette went above and beyond many times like literally walking us to the property when we were lost and helping us order and pick up dinner one night. We also had a huge patio and the apt. had all modern amenities and was super clean and well stocked with extras. We found it to be a great value and will definitely return!

Lorenzo is a great host and his staff work hard providing excellent care to the guests. We upgraded to the top floor apartment and it was well worth the extra. Easy to walk around Reggio and lots to see. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Free parking on street and private parking.

Very good apartment in the heart of Reggio Calabrio

I spent almost 80% of my time in hotels. This by far exceeded any expectations I had of a B&B. Lorenzo and Bernadette they are the most gracious of hostesses. The rooms are fantastic, the bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave my room, location is PRIME! You are within walking distance to all major attractions and the train station. Bernadette is a loving soul She makes the best coffee in the morning. It was hard to leave. I most definitely will be back and this time I intend to stay for at least a week versus the overnight that I had planned! Every detail on website is accurate. Also, you can’t beat the price. THANK YOU!

What a lovely little B & B. Lorenzo and Bernadette are such friendly and helpful hosts while the rooms are really nice with comfortable beds and are very quiet. We had a balcony that allowed us to sit out and enjoy the sun and chat, a nice touch. The rooms are really well maintained and the bathroom is really nice. If you are going to be in Reggio I highly recommend the Pellicano, it's a really lovely place to stay

Off season, we were the only guest so they upgraded us to their best room. Convenient location.

In one word amazing! Bernadette is an incredibly thoughtful host who treats you like you are in a 5 Star hotel. As just one example -our 3 course breakfast was rolled to our door and was beyond fantastic! The B&B is in an excellent location, is super modern and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to recommend at least two very good and reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. It was particularly valued by me that I was free to brew myself proper English tea at any time, and there was an expresso coffee machine in the bedroom. There is also a good laundry almost next door which had my clothes ready within 24hours. There was decent craft beer (and other drinks) at a fair price, and not too cold, in the fridge in the bedroom. There was a small balcony in the bedroom either overlooking the street or the courtyard.

This was a great place! Very attractive and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful ! The negatives were parking. The garage was not close and parking on rhe street was impossible! Walls were very thin. It felt like you were in the bathroom with your neighbor. Wifi fluctuated on and off

I had another very pleasant stay at the Pellicano Guest House. The room I had reserved for my stay this time was a bijou well appointed room with a single bed, a balcony with seating outside and a superbly designed bathroom. Staff were consistently positive, professional and welcoming, the room and the guest house as a whole are very comfortable and extremely well designed, and I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

I was delighted with The Pellicano Guest House. Everyone on the staff was great, genuinely friendly, positive and welcoming, and very professional. I was given very useful information about the city in terms of tourism and restaurants. My room was excellent - very nicely arranged, clean and comfortable indeed, with unique and stylish décor. Breakfast was of a very high standard. I was really impressed by the amazing levels of hospitality and comfort at this Guest House.
