Absolutely spotless clean. I get skeeved out but every corner was exceptionally clean. It’s safe and plenty of parking. We only stayed for an overnight. If you’re looking for a place where you can walk to shops/restaurants/activities, the Berkshires isn’t the place and this hotel is not walkable. Oh except to the Stop&Shop grocery which is actually convenient because the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create a meal if that’s what you’re after. Had the best shower ever because I’ve never experienced water pressure so good. Felt like I was standing under Niagara Falls.

This place consists of spacious one bedroom apartments for the same price as a typical hotel room in the area. It just lacks daily maid service and a restaurant on premises. There’s free coffee in the lobby, but no free breakfast. However, food is available at the supermarket next door and at nearby restaurants in the neighborhood. My only complaint is that the rooms could use more waste baskets. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

The unit was clean and well equipped. The check in person was unwelcoming, didn’t smile was almost hostile and didn’t tell me there was complementary coffee or explain the wifi. The check out person was very nice.

The staff are extremely rude and unpleasant. First, no greeting when we arrived. The guy in the front desk was cold and unwelcoming. He also looked very sloppy and in a poor hygiene. Without any greeting he asked for my name and ID and credit card. We had to walk for 15-20 minutes to get to our room. The carpet in the public area getting into the rooms was filthy and smelled fishy and disgusting. The carpet in the room smelled filthy that we had to buy air refresher to hide the smell. The room smelled like old furniture from the fifties. The bathtub was a children bathtub and the water pressure was weak. On top of that, the check out was at 10:00 am which I have never experienced in all my hotels stays. When I asked the front desk if I can check out at 11:00, because my wife had an upset tummy, she said “No” just like that. Not even saying sorry about that. This place is horrible in every aspect. There are many much nicer places in the area near by in Lenox and much cheaper than this disgusting place. Save your money and go somewhere else much nicer and also not as expensive as this lousy hotel.

I was there for only one night but it did its job. The room was very spacious, with a full kitchen. We rented a DVD which was a nice service. There was some juice at the lobby, which we liked. The pool was large, and jacuzzi was nice so the amenities were excellent. There's a stop and shop right across the hotel basically so that's great for cooking at the unit. I recommend it.

Clean simple property. Suites great. No privacy shades or bar area but resort fee?

We only stayed one night but would love to come back and stay longer. It was super clean, had lots of great little touches, and the staff were all so pleasant.

Pros: Roomy one BR with full kitchen, quiet, comfortable, easy access, nice Cons- color scheme and decor is dated. Wish there were some outdoor activities like tennis courts, outdoor pool or just a nice area to relax with friends and family. It was gorgeous weather when we were there. Would have been nice to enjoy it onsite.

Do not really offer many resort amenities, but still charge a resort fee.

This hotel would be very great for people who want to save money by cooking their meals as it has a full kitchen and dining area. The only drawback is a 10 am check out which I think is too early.

We arrived after dark on Tuesday and checked out Wednesday morning; so we didn't get to experience much. Compared to some we've seen the rooms are modern, enormous, and comfortable. Staffing is efficient (no overnight front desk; guests strip beds and put out trash when leaving). The full kitchen was impressive; but we didn't bring food, so had to look elsewhere for breakfast.

Only stayed for one night, but was spacious with full kitchen, comfy bed and pull-out sofa bed. Check-in staff very friendly & efficient.

We were graciously greeted by a lovely young woman. (I don't remember her name) She was very helpful and informative. Our room however, smelled terrible! Musty, mildew odor as soon as we walked in. Acoustics are not good. People above us were either heavy walkers or they need to update the inner workings of the place. Great location and used to come when it was Patriot Suites so it's nostalgic to me.

Very clean and spacious accommodations. The furnishings, although in excellent condition, can use some updating. Staff was helpful in recommending a place nearby for a casual dinner.

This is the second time we stayed at this property, based on our excellent experience the first time. Nothing has changed - it’s still impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed and the staff are friendly. This property is a good value most importantly. There aren’t a lot of lodging options (in fact this might be the only one) in the Lenox / Pittsfield area which are beautifully maintained, clean and well appointed while also being a good value. This is a terrific property and I hope it continues to be run as excellently in the future because we’ll be back again.

It’s a wonderful property with spacious rooms, a living room, full kitchen and large bathroom. It has much better rooms and amenities than others nearby and surrounding communities. We were there for Solid Sound in North Adams and our stay was a fraction of the price of what was offered closer to the festival. The kitchen and free laundry saved us s as lot of money . Absolutely no complaints. The staff was great, the place was spotless. Would stay again.

Dated property, Not easy check in.

Very convenient, clean. Easy access to Tanglewood.

The room was great but we walked all the way to the other end of the building past a number of empty rooms to be placed in the room overlooking the giant garbage receptacle. It was VERY disappointing.

We had a wonderful experience! We were attending a concert at Tanglewood stayed here because of the close proximity! The facility was wonderful. It was quiet, the staff was pleasant staff and accommodating, and it was reasonably priced! We will be back!

Everything there is clean, neat, well managed. No concerns. Will go back again.

The rooms were very nice, large rooms and extremely clean!

We have stayed in many hotels/Inns/Lodges in the past. My 5 year old daughter said, "this one is the best in which we have ever stayed." Looking forward to another stay in 6 days. Absolutely loved it.
