A great over night stay . I recommend it,will use again.

Great, friendly, quick reception. Awesome service and massive servings. Room 9 a little strange with the separate shower/ toilet. Nice touch with the dressing gown and slippers. Great view of the old post office. A little noise from the pub but your above a pub, what do you expect. Great WiFi. Free parking next door.

Staff was very nice. Shower drain was stopped up and fan in the room made a loud noise. The double bed felt small, but we still overall enjoyed our stay. Food was excellent! Service was very nice, and we would stay here again, if we could get a little bit bigger bed. We thought the cleanliness of this facility went above and beyond!!

Very convient location in the town, next to large parking lot and parking included in room fee. Rooms are above a pub that serves tasty food and extensive beverages, plus you get to listen to the bass from the pub after you go up to your room. The breakfast was exceptional, cuppacino in place of coffee. My favority breakfast after 3 week of travel in England and 10 or so different inns.

A delightful and enjoyable stay.

The staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful. The property is average. The room was hot and we were unable to open the windows to let in some cool air. We had wet clothing and were unable to figure out how to use the heated towel racks. The sheets were a bit scratchy and the pillows very uncomfortable.

We had wonderful stay. Everyone was very helpful. Our room was lovely. The food was great: we came back for dinner on multiple occassions as well as lunch because of all the delicious options. It is the perfect location to easily explore the town, the hikes and the castle grounds.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Large spacious room and bathroom, clean, located in the center of town, ample parking, warm friendly staff, great food and drinks, highly recommended!

Absolutely great place to stay. Room was extremely clean, large, with two bedrooms. Large living area with electric fireplace. Linens clean and fluffy, beds comfortable. Sunny and spacious. Bathroom had a large shower with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was included at the pub. The pub serves great food, too, steak and ale pie was top notch. Parking is included with the price and is directly outside. They'll let you park before check-in and after check-out so you can explore the area. Tintagel Castle and Merlin's Cave are only a few minutes' walk away! You can also explore the town from here, lots of shops and restaurants. Brilliant place to stay and highly, highly recommended. We will stay again if in the area.

I cant recommend this hotel enough, from the lovely staff, food, room which was exceptional. It was a lovely treat for us to stay here and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay very special.

Great location good food. Breakfast was really good. Room clean and bed really comfortable. Only thing that was a problem was having to leave the room for the bathroom. But the bathroom was top quality and for our use only

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dave and Jess. Breakfasts were delicious. The hotel was very near to Tintagel Castle and lots of lovely restaurants and shops.

Firstly the staff were so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble - excellent in this regard. The room was very clean and comfortable - the location was fantastic! Breakfast excellent! Food very good - will definitely be booking again!

Very conveniently located in the heart of Tintagel with ample (free for guests) parking right next door. The room was clean with very comfy beds. The (in our case included) breakfast was plentiful with free coffee refills (a nice touch) though the sausages were best avoided (generic pub meat tubes). We also had dinner (only guests can pre-book a table) which was very tasty if (subjectively) slightly overpriced. The only real complaint was the lack of hot water. Returning from a glorious if damp autumn walk, a hot shower is something of a necessity. Finding no hot water at 5pm, we queried with the staff and a booster was put on with a somewhat resigned response that "lots of people must have been having a bath at the same time". 2 hours later and it was still cold. It was warmer by 10pm but the next morning (7:45) it was cold again, pointing to a system that simply isn't fit for purpose. As such, given that country romps are such a key attraction to this beautiful neck of the world, it's hard to recommend an establishment that can't offer guests hot water and handles the issue as beyond their control. A pity as the place has much going for it.

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was done on the cheap and the coffee left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed nice although some of them gave the impression of not happy at having to ‘put on a smiling face’. Place is located centrally with plenty of shops and walks around.

Great stay. Very spacious room and bathroom. Refurbished to a high standard. Tasty breakfast.

Access to accomadation from carpark and not needed to enter pub

Great location for exploring Tintagel, especially as we had free parking for our whole stay. Friendly staff. Big family room.
