Disappointed with the beach area and cleanliness of the area.

Excellence. We live in a bungalow , very private . Public area put sand on ground we seem sit on the beach.

Great hotel with room cleanliness and tidy. The hotel staff is nice and speak English very well.

Staff was very accommodating.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff! big, clean room with no mold smell. Wifi was spotty at night when a lot of people were on the network, they only have 3 for the whole place, so the coverage was not great.

I had great time here. The bus from Hochiminh city was dropping and picking me from here, so it was very convenient. But my room had no hot water at all and sadly water press was low as well. Otherwise I was happy in Cocosand.

Lovely group of rooms/bungalows with pretty central area of shading trees, plants, clean-swept sand, tables and hammocks. Delightful family.

This is a serene little oasis just off the main coast road and near plenty of shops and places to eat. It has a lovely peaceful garden in the centre of the bungalows with hammocks slung between shade trees. Very relaxing. My room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Best of all though, were the staff who were extremely friendly and low key and who went out of their way to help me whenever I asked for it. Recommended.
