We usually use this property for its proximity to the airport. The shuttle service offered is punctual, even at 3am. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Staff is great, except for the young waitress at the restaurant. She was rude and inpatient while taking our order. She then refused to honor the VIP food discount offered by Expedia.I had to go to frontdesk to ask about discount. Waitress followed me. She loudly refused. Desk staff had to walk to restaurant to speak with the person incharge. I do recommend this location. And I will stay here again.

We have moved to 3 rooms. Room door didn’t lock, they move us to another room and AC didn’t work and again moved to another we stayed there for 3 nights

The toilet paper roll that was left in the restroom was previously used. When taking a shower, the water splashed out onto the floor, making it unsafe. Despite having booked and paid in advance via expedia, the front desk receptionist was trying to charge me for my stay. I had to show her my email confirmation as proof. At night, it was very loud and you could hear the opening and slamming of doors. All throughout the night you hear the sound of cars driving by. My family and I were not able to get a good night's sleep.

The aircon in the first room was broken; we moved to another room and the aircon worked but wouldn’t cool until nightfall. The room wasn’t as clean as I have seen at city express in the past.
It did have a refrigerator but it did nit keep the items cold.
The staff was GREAT! We stayed for the airport van but I probably wouldn’t stay at this city express again.
I have stayed at other city express and city suites and it was an amazing experience. So definitely surprised.

Inside the hotel was very good; clean and well maintained. Outside could use cleaning up with the overgrown weeds around the property.

Well it was close enough to the airport, that was a plus, it was also a Marriott Afiliate, which I prefer. I didn’t expect much, but it was just good enough to stay again if the need be. Once inside, you feel absolutely safe, just the surroundings seem sketchy. Other than that it was okay.

There was NO phone in the room. I was told the phones were all sent to maintenance. I asked how I could contact the front desk in case of emergency and was told to use my cell phone. The WiFi said “Unsafe” and would not let me connect. The TV picture was terrible. There seemed to be no one else in the hotel. It felt very unsafe.

No room keys!?! So an employee had to take you to your room anytime you need it opened. I’m not fluent in Spanish and no one spoke any English. The room had a strong odor of chemical or melting plastic that got worse. The room was very warm and the ac did not work well. After one hour of it being on water started gushing from the ac. It took 45 minutes to get a new room. The new rooms ac barely worked. Stayed warm all night.
