Easy check in. But our door scraped across the floor and we had to SHOVE it open. Floor was sticky. When we left for dinner the entire floor smelled like marijuana.

Didn't realize it was a handicapped room. Been here since Friday, today is Monday night, no housekeeping. Staying here a week, not cheap, AC & TV are on the fritz.

Nice place to stay while enjoying everything to do in the Colony! It’s very close to to Andretti’s, Scheels, and Nebraska Furniture Mart.

Check in amd out was easy and Fast. Service was amazing (Becca) checked us in. She was the sweetest!!! And was there in the morning. When we asked, she said she went home for a few hours and came back. She obviously loves her job and it shows. Becca needs a raise!!!!! The hotel was clean and nice.Room was nice. Breakfast was really good.we will definitely stay here again.10/10 for us.

You had to buy the breakfast at a discounted rate which I dont mind, however i would expect the food on the buffet to be warm. Also, they didnt bus a single table and there was trash, cups, plates, food everywhere. If you wanted to bus your own table the trashcans were overflowing.

We always use this hotel when we are in town. It’s in the perfect location, affordable, the rooms and facilities are great and the staff is top notch.

Staff was friendly and helpful room was clean and nice only stayed 1 night had got in late, out early nexts morning so no survives were needed so can’t rate that
But facility was clean and the 2 members of staff at the front desk that I dealt with they were very kind in getting everything taken care of for us and helpful

The room had the AC on set to 60 degrees with the blower at full blast... Full blast equated to the curtain blown out into the room at a 45 degree angle. There are NO controls to turn off or adjust this. The unit said to adjust the thermostat on the wall, but the thermostat was dead. So we're talking a very loud icebox to sleep in. Huddled under the blankets, wearing noise canceling headphones for the night. Horrible night's sleep. The most basic thing ppl rent rooms for is to get a proper night's sleep. Absolutely impossible in this room.

Very nice place to stay. Room was clean and in good condition. Bed was very comfortable. Spacious updated walk in shower (no tub) was very nice.
Very close to everything in the area, easy to get to with plenty of parking.

Close to restaurants and amenities nice lobby, unfortunately the bar to sit down and relax was closed but I was offered a drink if my husband and I wanted to get one.
The king size bed is very firm woke up in pain.

I will never stay here again the fact that you guys charge $75 for a 1 pound dog is ridiculous most hotels go by per way and the most I’ve ever paid for a dog that weighs 80 pounds is $25

Only one working elevator and a strong smell of cheap weed in it. Staff were kind, but I was suprised that the hotel pre-charges a $50 “safety deposit”.

Conveniently located and well kept. Wish the buffet breakfast was complimentary or the kitchen was open to more offerings. Property is under a new name so there are a few maintenance items that need attention. Overall, staff is friendly and rooms are well sized and comfortable.

The hotel was fantastic. I travel 4 days a week, and stay in several hotels per night. Don’t expect to get your deposit back they just keep it. So if staying there just tax on $50 to your room stay.

The property is nice for the price in this area overall. Some of the rooms smell like smoke from external source: nearby Hard 8 BBQ that has a smoker. I booked there several times and no real issues. I wish that Orbitz would negotiate no penalty booking with this property and others. I had my flight cancelled literally right after I booked (same day) and got penalized one day. I know many properties do this but I received nothing. This is not something I would do personally so I won't be staying there even again since I had stayed there 20 different stays and it made no difference. Marriott lets me cancel short notice. I am Titanium but still.
