Very beautiful small hotel , with an excellent staff . Only , no gym and just a cold large jacuzzi as a pool . Nice served breakfast

Very good location.

For the price and supposed 4* rating, this property was not good. If it was MUCH cheaper and 3*, I could consider it a good property. Good: Rooms were large and beds were very big and comfy. Everything clean. Didn’t like that my window looked straight into another guests room but I guess that's just bad luck. Staff were nice and helpful. Bad: the pool is tiny (ok) with only 4 very old wooden sunbeds of which 3 were broken. None had cushions. No towels or attended bar to get drinks. Pool itself was not very clean and some of the pool lights were hanging off the walls. Bad: Each time I arrived for breakfast (30mins before breakfast service finishes), they had run out of almost everything and I would have to ask to make me more specially.

The hotel needs a major restoration - our room had stains from previous water damage, mold in the shower, cracked mirror in bathroom, a USB “outlet” with no USB plug actually installed, cracked headboard on the bed, and plenty of scuffs and marks along furniture.

Great boutique hotel in a good location. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and the property was clean. Pool was small with very limited chairs but sufficient.

Great hotel and service. One minus point I would say the WIFI strength, good enough for web browsing, not good enough to work.

Highly recommend this hotel. Stayed 6 days after traveling in Chile and Argentina. Thought I got to haven. Clean and safe. Great service. Next to modern and popular shopping and in waling distance to beach and Rambla.

Uno de los mejores hoteles donde me he hospedado en Montevideo. Mi habitación era una junior suite con una pequeña kitchinette y dos cuartos por separado, muy cómodo para tener un espacio para trabajar y otro para descansar. El baño amplio, excelente presión de agua en la ducha, varios detalles de cuidado al huésped como crema para el cuerpo, shampoo, crema de enguaje e incluso algodón e hisopos para quitar el maquillaje. El secador de pelo tiene también buena potencia. La cama es muy cómoda, y como el barrio es muy tranquilo, hay bastante silencio para descansar. Una de las mejores cosas que tiene el hotel es la ubicación. A 3 cuadras del Shopping Punta Carretas, lleno de tiendas, con salas de cine, y con un supermercado Fresh Market donde venden comida hecha muy saludable. Punta Carretas está lleno de restaurantes y cafés. A solo 3 cuadras a la redonda hay muy buenas opciones a las que se suman, para algo rápido y al paso, también el patio de comidas del shopping. Leí críticas sobre el desayuno, pero me pareció que estaba muy bien. El café lo preparan en el momento, se pueden pedir huevos revueltos (incluidos en el valor), y par aun desayuno continental está bien, con tostadas y variedad de cosas dulces, incluyendo frutas, jugos y cereales. También leí que el agua sale de la ducha. En mi cuarto eso no pasaba. Sí quizá salpicó un poco, pero fue algo mínimo. Tuve una muy buena esta. Sin dudas, volvería a quedarme en este hotel.

The staff is very nice EXCEPT the blond girls with light eyes that is in the front desk she is extremely rude, lack of customer srvice. The bathroom is too small and uncomfortable, the is no soundproof in the building, breakfast is very basic. The location is excellent, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a boutique-type hotel that feels like being at home but with all the indulgances and convenience of living in a hotel. Enjoyed it every bit!

Nicely decorated and well located, in a silent street with ample street parking. Ideal for a short stay. The only thing that doesn’t work very well is the bathroom if you are sharing the room with someone you’re not very close too. It’s separated from the rest of the space by glass and also there’s a glass pane in the shower that is not large enough to keep Everything from getting wet.

Hotel is in a nice quiet area few blocks from Shopping Center and restaurants. Staff was always pleasant. Rooms are little rundown and in need of better cleaning. Shower half glass wall is ridiculous because the water gets everywhere.

The room was very comfortable but there was a strong sewage smell. there was no ventilation in the bathroom either, which made the room muggy.

The staff are incredibly helpful. The room was lovely, clean and spacious It’s in a convenient location close to shopping, dining and transport.

My wife and I stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. The location was good with easy access to the Rambla and the rest of the city. The staff were excellent and responsive when we had a small problem with the curtains. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location is good and in a nice neighbourhood. Staff are very friendly. We chose this hotel for the pool and terrace which looked nice in Expedia images but this was closed as it wasn’t summer, seriously in 29/30 degree heat 16 November. Expedia also sent VIP amenities which weren’t redeemable as this was a B&B property only?!

Very nice room, nice, good breakfast and excellent location

The kitchen staff was horrible. They were rude. The cleaning staff only stocked one set of towels and not the appropriate toiletries.

To be honest a bit underwhelming. Not bad, not great. It’s an ok place to stay (I have high standards though so this may not be applicable to everyone)

We are so glad we picked this location instead of the main town of Montevideo. Shopping mall 5mins walk and the Rambla at the bottom of the road which is a beautiful walk during the day or at night. Sightseeing bus stop at mall too which is very handy. We had a very windy night during our stay, the wind howled through the door of our room and windows. Constant banging of something outside too, awful nights sleep. Breakfast wasn’t good, nobody mentioned we could get eggs, realised on last day when we noticed someone else had ordered them! Not a very good variety for breakfast.

The location is excellent and in a very convenient residential area. The staff was top notch and very helpful with everything. Strongly recommend staying in this small boutique hotel.
