This was my third time staying at Krystal Urban and for the first time, I was very disappointed. Our room was located on the second floor. As soon as you get off the elevator, there is a weird smell. We get to our room, and it smells like bleach! This is after arriving at our room at nearly 10 pm! How does the room still smell like bleach after so many hours? The floors were not swept. I am a person who walks barefoot and I felt the dirt on my feet. We only got 2 bath towels, no small towels or anything. The fridge was also taken out of the room, and the walls in the bathroom need to be cleaned or updated. There is also no bellman to help with the luggage. The super nice guy who used to work there is no longer there. I do not plan on returning to this hotel. My two previous stays were good. But this one was extremely disappointing.

The bed sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival. We inspected the bed and there was hair all over the sheets and pillow cases. The sheets and towels had stains on them or were dirty, not quite sure. The room was beautiful, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful but the sheets, pillow covers, and towels were nasty.

The room was without soap and it wasnt clean

Hotel is in a very safe area. Infront of a mall with all the amenities you need and close to other attractions.

Very attentive staff Isahi is a true professional glad I chose this hotel as it was my first time coming to GDL.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful in every way! Give them a raise!! I will return
