Great location in beautiful Palm Springs.

I have 5 guys working/painting in Palm springs and needed a place for them all to stay for the 4 days they were away from home in Orange County. The place was perfect and met all their needs and at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Property was very clean and in a good location for walking to the downtown area.

We booked a studio suite and in my opinion they are the best rooms on property the studios give you pool side access just exit through your patio and your far enough to have privacy but close enough where your just steps away from the pool, the water was always crystal clear and perfect water temp, ive stood at a 2 bedroom in past and they are nice but stupid is a whole different adventure.

Very spacious, literally had everything thing we needed down to spoons, forks, spices/seasonings for food. The kitchen was very clean and just overall much more than I expected! Will forsure go back again.

According to Hotels.com this hotel was pet friendly but upon arrival it clearly states no pets allowed except for service animals. I had reserved a two bedroom condo for a great price but non-refundable. The front desk clerk was so kind and allowed my pup to stay and didn't even charge me for the customary pet fees. Everyone on staff is so welcoming and professional. I was impressed by the text messages asking me if everything met my expectations and offered to accommodate any needs I might have during my stay. Check out was easier than ever from my phone. On site concierge extremely helpful and I need to give Flora a special shout out for she made this stay a flawless experience when things could have been disastrous. I will definitely be back.

We were here for two nights. Very convenient location which is close to Palm Springs downtown. Room is great with nice kitchen, bathroom, fireplace. Guest, however, has to pay for wifi which is one thing that surprise me. Highly recommended.

I can honestly this was one of the best places I have stayed in. The layout of the condo was just breath taking and just so home-y. In other words, we were VERY comfortable and the pool + hottub were a plus! Thank you for allowing us to still have some type of fun with having the pools open (and warm ready for us) especially during this pandemic. Oh also our suite had a washer and dryer in our restroom which was AMAZING. 20/10 in my book. Will definitely try to book again just for pleasure.

I was very upset with both Hotels.com and World Mark about their Booking Policy. This property has a 2-night minimum, I understand that, but when I wanted to add the 3rd night, their system doesn't let you do that simple task! It can't add 1 night - that is insane. I could go in their system and it would add 2 nights only. I wasted so much time on the phone with BOTH Hotels.com and WORLD MARK. Even when we were at the property, the onsite management couldn't make this right. No one can override their stupid computer system. Both companies don't know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. You would think I was trying to steal money from them, when I was just trying to give them another night's business. Whoever designed an inflexible computer system and does not let the onsite management have the authority to override it should be FIRED! I brought my 3rd night's business elsewhere and that is where I will go again the next time I am in Palm Springs.

The interior is a bit dated and not in a good Palm Springs way, but they do have the actual rooms decorated in mid century modern furniture. Our room had a separate bedroom and living space, 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the room. There was a private balcony that ran the length of the 2 rooms. Compared with other places we looked at in the area we were really happy with the room for the price we paid.

Very spacious, modern two bedroom with balcony. Staff is super friendly and the location is great with easy walking access to the shops and restaurants in Palm Springs. Two bedroom apartment was pretty much the same as the going rate for hotel rooms in the area so this is a great value for your $$. I’m kind of picky with lodging and will definitely stay here again.

It’s a great value , the two bed room condo was nice , the queen bed seems small not big enough for a full size man or woman . My sister and I fit fine . They also have a pullout Murphy bed to fit one adult. The twin beds were comfy . So five in total can sleep there . The kitchen was great all new applicances . Complaints are wish the pool lounges were better they had iron arms that got hot so you have to cover them with towels . The pool is surrounded by Palm Trees that are not trimmed so all the debris from the trees keeps falling in the pool : otherwise honestly it was a great value and a great stay. Staff was great !

Worst place I've been to. they charged me two times for the hotel in which its been 5days and they havent returned anything... The pool is only for two hours which I get it cause of Covid-19 but the maintenance lady was telling us to leave before it was our time, watching us until we left cause we felt uncomfortable. Worst service ever !!!

We had a good stay. The overall room was spacious and accommodated a large group of us. The only downside was due to covid, we were only able to stay in the pool 2 hours at a time. We appreciated that the front desk did call us to let us know if there were openings at the pool. We will be staying here again.

We had amazing customer service from Mike at the front desk. He definitely made our stay memorable! Rooms had absolutely everything you needed which made the vacation that much easier. The only thing I was disappointed with was you had to be a member to access the WiFi’s for free otherwise it was $20+
